Half day would have been enough

It was a decent way to get around and see the sights. Perhaps the half day tour would be enough because after dropping those folks off we were taken to the wharf and given about an hour to get lunch and then the Potomac cruise which didn't add very much. I was disappointed that we didn't visit the Jefferson memorial just saw the structure from a great distance. The van step was very high and could use a step stool. They did have plenty of icy bottled water. We did get hotel pick up and drop off tho it was at a hotel two blocks from our own. There are other ways to do this tour you may wish to consider.

Every aspect of the tour exceeded expectations! I had lined up a pickup at a hotel about 4 blocks from ours & verified the time we were to be outside waiting. 15 minutes earlier than time I was given, I get a call from Chris, our driver that he was there- oh no!! I explained & he came to our hotel (which isn’t on the pickup list!) to get us!!! On the tour we were never rushed. If someone had to use the restroom- it was ok! Tyrone, our guide, was nit only hilarious & knowledgeable, but so very kind & helpful too! I had been to DC before & toured but this tour was far better! Highly recommend this company and these young men!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great experience! We loved our tour guide, Tyrone. He was personable and attentive. My husband has difficulties walking but we were still able to see all the major sites without walking for days.

Tour guide Tyron and bus driver were awesome. The management for the tour was unorganized and rude.

When I booked this tour it asked for a pick up place and I entered the hotel I was staying at. I received a call the morning of the tour and was told that my hotel was too far out but they would accommodate and send an Uber. I was then told it would be at the hotel in 4 minutes an hour and a half before the tour began. It felt very rushed and we were unable to finish our breakfast. I was told the Uber was waiting at the front of our hotel and was rudely told off that the Uber was waiting and we needed to be in the front. I informed the man that was calling that we were waiting out front and there was not an Uber. He finally called the Uber driver and he was in the back of the hotel. We had to rush through the hotel to the back entrance and the man on the phone never apologized. During the tour I was approached by the person who had made arrangements for the Uber and was told "you are on your own to get back to your hotel." If I was told upfront that I couldn't have been picked up from my hotel I might have booked another tour. Our tour guide and driver were both awesome. The tour guide Tyron was very informative and engaging and we enjoyed the tour overall.

Great Way to Spend the Day

Great tour. We were disappointed we didn't stop at the World War II Memorial, and we couldn't go into the Washington Memorial, but that aside, it was a fun day. We were picked up at the hotel and taken back. We had a nice stop for lunch with plenty of options. Our driver and guide were excellent. Unfortunately, I don't recall their names.

As a disabled person I was nervous about how I would fare on this six hour tour. But there is nothing to fear, because the tour guide and the driver were absolutely amazing and accommodating to all of my needs. They made this tour for me and my daughter one of the best days of my life, and I am truly grateful. I highly recommend!
