Couldn't use their tickets, tour is unavailable since 4 months

Got to the Palace and waited for long time at the gathering point per address specified by Viator and no one showed up. I called the number on the Reservation Confirmation and no one replied and/or returned my call (I left a message!). I spoke to the Management at the Ticket Booth of Palace of Versailles and they said the trip has not been offered for the past 4 months. They said that Viator should have known... They could not accept the reservation I booked with Viator (and so I want a full refund ASAP) and they made me purchase new tickets. They have not been offering tours or welcoming tours from other agencies and\or tour operators in the past 4 months, they were appalled that Viator is selling these tours to tourists. I had to buy a ticket for accessing the Palace and the Gardens on my own without any tour. They said they would contact Viator themselves, this is a bad service to tourists.
