Magical Night in Venice!

We bought these tickets on a whim and didn't regret it! It was an easy and direct 20 minute walk from the water taxi to the theatre. It would have been faster, but we had two 80 year olds with us! The building is a perfect setting for the incredible music of Vivaldi. It was played to perfection bu the talented musicians dressed in period costume. The atmosphere was amazing. I highly recommend this performance if you are in Venice.

Very enjoyable evening listening to Vivaldi 4 seasons. Excellent musicians especially the lead violinist and visually enhanced by the period costumes. Would highly recommend this recital. Only downside is that there is only one toilet in the building.

This concert was one of the excursions we could have purchased through Oceania, our cruise line. It was sold out by the time we went online to book it, but I found it through Viator, and at a much lower cost! It was fabulous! The venue was beautiful and the period costumes made it feel like we were back in the late 1700's. The musicians were all first rate, especially the male lead violinist, the female first violinist, and the cellist. It was fun because we recognized several of the pieces (including Pachelbel's Canon). We met a woman from Germany in line, and it looked like there were people from all over the world there. Would highly recommend.
