We had a wonderful experience with our trip from downtown to the airport. Our driver arrived exactly on time at 9:00 am, and he had already prepared the SUV for our large bags. We had a great conversation to the airport and enjoyed our trip very much. Highly recommend this service.

After booking this Town Car Service we were to call the company to confirm our status, the Gentleman who answered the phone was polite & courteous & confirmed our car would be with me at the appropriate time the next day !! The next morning when we arrived in our Hotel Lobby we were approached by a well dressed gentleman who confirmed who he was, he took our suitcases and loaded them into the car, he was polite, courteous and he was a very good driver, at the airport he helped my wife to find a bag trolley then loaded the cases onto it, overall, a top 5 star class service & the car was immaculate inside & out, I highly recommend this Car Service....

Horrible Service Attitude by Driver

We had a very unpleasant experience with our Driver. We got 20 minutes late due to unavoidable circumstances at the hotel. The driver was extremely rude as a response to this delay which we felt was completely unnecessary. Further, he was muttering swears under his breath in the presence of our children too!

Thank you for letting us know your service was not up to standards. I apologize for your poor experience. I did speak with the driver. He did indicated there was a 20 minute delay due to a disput with the hotel and he waited with your children in the vehicle. He said he did not have an issue with this as we are accustomed to waiting but you were unable to provide a voucher which we do require. He is adament he did not use fowl language at any time during the trip and, having known him for a lengthy period of time, this would be very uncommon conduct on his behalf as he does not speak this way. Please let me know if you are traveling this way in the future and we will do our best to make your next experience with us a 5 star review.
