When arriving at Canada Place Cruise Terminal, you will disembark the ship and get your luggage. From there, you will be sent to the pickup area where you will see one of the port staff at the car phone both. Please give this person your last name. Due to minimal parking in the port, they will need to call the driver forward from the parking area. Please note that it will take the driver 5-15 minutes to drive forward from the parking area to the passenger waiting area

Driver friendly but had to as us for help with the luggage and I am older than him. He was unable to lift the luggage in to the car.

It is our company policy for drivers to handle all luggage, however, there are occassions when luggage is oversized and drivers may need assistance. If your luggage was an average size bag, the driver shoud have managed it without your assistance. I apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment with our service. After a cruise this is the way to go if you are going stay at a hotel downtown. You don't have to wait for taxis and the fare is reasonable for a family. The van had ample room for the five of us and our luggage.

Had to contact the office, Tina, multiple times due to having to wait for wheelchair transport off the ship. Tina walked me through contacting the offsite staging area for the drivers. Driver arrived and took us to our downtown hotel. She was very knowledgeable about the city. Nice pleasant ride to the hotel. Highly recommended!!
