1. On September 13, 2019 the tour was scheduled to depart from the capsis hotel at 8:00 AM. We waited at the departure point from 7:30 AM until 8:45 AM , however nobody picked us up.
2. Nobody from Viator nor the tour operator called us or sent either a text or email telling us the trip
was cancelled.
3. This tour did not allow cancellation.
4. I request that Viator return payment to my credit immediately. Should Viator fail to return my payment I will contact my credit card company and advise others of this scam..
