The commentator was local and had lots of experience and knowledge to share with us. He knew the traditional areas to find animal hideouts.

How big these glaciers are is undescribablely amazing. Seen quite a few whales to. Waters get rough for a while so if your not used to that definitely take something for motion sickness. Lots of people were heaving for a little while.

The Captain was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the area. He was a very good captain as He was very cautious when we came near kayakers as to not make a big wake. The staff was amazing and helpful. Very generous lunch.

Excellent tour! Lots of wildlife. Captain was incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining. It definitely was worth talking the longer 7.5 hour tour because the second glacier was more active.

The glaciers were breathtaking, and the vistas were stunning. Watching humpback whales feed was a really cool experience. And I got the chance not only to hold a chunk of glacial ice, but also to drink margarita with glacial ice! It was 7.5 hours well spent. Definitely a trip for the ages!

Watching whales and porpoise swim by the boat is beyond what words can express. And the Captain's knowledge of the area and wildlife was fantastic. The boat was extremely clean and his staff could not be more courteous or friendly.

Great day seeing everything you could want to see

We had a great time on this tour. The weather was perfect the day we went, we had at least three different whale encounters, and the glaciers were great to see! It was super fun that the crew on the boat was just as excited to see the wildlife as we were. Definitely follow the advice and dress in layers. Even on a week where in Seward it was 75º, it was frigid and windy near the glaciers and I wished I had an even heavier jacket than the one I brought. The captain (Gary I think) was super knowledgeable about the area, very communicative and educational about the wildlife.

Highly recommended. The crew was nice and professional. I saw so much wildlife in one day. probably more than 10 orcas and humpback whales. We also saw otters, sea lions, sea birds etc. Getting up close to the glacier was also a surreal experience.

Saw 2 beautiful glaciers. Prime rib lunch was good but didn’t see any wildlife. No whales, seals, eagles, puffins, or sea lions as was advertised!!

Tour guide and cruise captain were very informative. Gave enough time near both glaciers that were visited. Every guide and captain onboard made an extra effort for finding wild life on rather challenging smoky weather caused by wildfires in Alaska. Great experience. Worth every penny spent.

Super Day Trip with lots of animals
Silvan S
, Aug 2019
We booked this tour knowing that we will be with a lot of other people on a daily boat trip. Nevertheless for the purpose of animal watching we spent almost the whole day on deck and were not disappointed. We saw sea lions, fin whales orcas, humbback whale and a lot of birds puffins, kormirabs etc.... The food was delicious and tasty and we get a lit of it... Yammy. Definitely the money worth and we'd had some interesting talks with folks from pensiilvanya we shared our booth with. The captain was very knowledgeable and led us to the spots where could see the animals and the glaciers. The glacier were stunning beautiful and she cruised very near to the end of these tide sea glaciers, but not too near :). We enjoyed our trip.
