The view at Queen Anne’s was stunning! He took pictures for us all and gave us time to appreciate the view. He explained the history of Seattle in a digestible and exciting way! It’s obvious he loves the area and the people and is very well informed on basically everything that is Seattle!

Sorry for the poor review but we made our tour 7/21 am to be picked up at Enbassy Suites Downtown,, but my phone was dying just prior about 145pm, so called the toll free number to advise in case tour operator was trying to text us we would still be waiting but lady who answered said she couldn’t get through to the tour operator but to just wait - we waited til 240 but figured bus wasnt coming so we caught an Uber to Pikes Market. Please credit us for the 1 adult 1 child fare that I paid. Thank you.

Hi Ruth! So sorry that this happened to you - we don't offer hotel pickup for this tour. We called your hotel when you weren't at the pickup location, but were unable to connect with you, and there was no answer when we called your phone number. We issued a refund immediately...please let us know if you do not receive it promptly.

We had a great tour guide, Tom. He had history, he had stories, and he had jokes. He was entertaining. He patiently waited for us while taking a million photos. We were amazed at how much we saw in 3 hours.
