Drive to tybee island for a dolphins tour- we saw tons of dolphin. Drive to lunch which was very pricey, food okay, went well with the tour but I would not go again. Then to the beach/lighthouse which was cool. Driver was good. All in all good value and good tour combo.

From the Trolley to the boat my experience was Awesome. The Trolley guide was funny and sweet and did a great job educating us about Savanna. The dolphine captain was funny and educated us well on the dolphine. He made it engaging. I recommend this tour. My family and I had a great time.

I keep saying our tour and that day was the Best Day Ever! It truly was! This tour is Awesome! Made for a perfect day! Dennis was an Outstanding tour guide. We felt well taken care of and got to see the beauty of Savvanh and Tybee Island. The dolphin tour was so fun and they showed off we saw about 20 that day! The boat capt and first mate Conner and Kyle were excellent and made that experience fun and entertaining! We will Definitely be back! This was a first time coming to Savannah and Tybee Island. Thankful we took the Kelly tour!!

Crazy day

The tour guide was great, but the tour picks ups down town and then goes to the crab shack on Tybee Island where we had 1 hour and 40 minute lunch before heading down to the boat. The boat crew was great but heavy rain(not forecast) moved in and they cut our cruise down to around 40 minutes max! The back on the buss and over to North Shore/Tybee Island lighthouse for another two hour stop, with the heavy rain most of us just went to the bar which closed their kitchen! So just a lot of little issues made for not the best experience.

Oh goodness! We regret hearing that your tour was less than extraordinary. Unexpected rain certainly puts a damper on things. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

KELLY TOURS IS AWEFUL! Only Captain Derrick's Dolphin Cruise is worth it
Solara_F
, May 2021
Please note this is not a reflection on Captain Derrick's Cruise which was exceptional. This star is based on Kelly tours. It was the most mixed up Miss I have ever dealt with. First we get at the location they tell us to go to and they say we have to wait for them to get there because that's not the location that they leave from. Then we're picked up. You're taken through Savannah and they give you a small tour. You're a dropped off for your lunch which the original location was closed so they took us to Tybee Beach and there's nothing there to eat. We ended up having to eat at wet Willies which are the rudest people, the wait left us with only a few minutes to swallow down our food before catching the bus. The food at what Willie's was all right but it was ridiculously priced at about $20 for a burger and fries Plus a drink. The only drinks that they have are frozen drinks alcoholic or exactly one drink that's non-alcoholic. We swallowed on our food and get back on the bus. May I say the bus driver drove like a bat out of you nowhere and she constantly was running over bumps at top speed as well as the side brim. Our next stop was the dolphin cruise which was very enjoyable thanks to Captain Derek and Connor. We then we're supposed to go to the beach. We're taken to the beach and told that we have quite a distance to walk to where we have to be picked up even though they were able to drop us off at a closer part to the beach. Nothing was open to get a drink, and even the vending machines only took money not cards! We are dropped off with about 30 minutes do you have any time at the beach another words walking across the parking lot to get to the beach sticking our toes in the water and then heading back to be able to get to the bus that is parked at least 10 minutes walk from the beach. This was a complete waste of time and very annoying! The tour is terribly put together by Kelly tours. I highly recommend you find another way to be able to take Captain Derek's dolphin tour which is exceptional excellent! I personally will never ever take another tour with Kelly tours!

Not my fav...
Julie_R

This was not my favorite tour, through no fault of anyone specific. I felt an hour and a half at the restaurant was far too long. We certainly saw many dolphins while on the boat, but the experience was rather campy. Maybe okay for a family outing with kiddos, not so much for adults ...
