It’s honestly impossible to describe this experience. This excursion was executed perfectly. Started off being picked up at 6:55 am. sharp, just like they said they would! This depends on where your hotel or designated pick up spot is located. We were in a medium to full group, with approximately 30 participants, and not only did we all bond over this beautiful and empowering experience, but our guides were able to be inclusive to all of us, and gave paid attention to all of our needs. We were given specific instructions which I highly suggest following. It will get messy. Muddy, wet, slippery, all kinds of messy, so make sure you follow the instructions!!! We left all of our belongings in the van, including our phones. DONT WORRY. The amazing team took pictures, and videos that were later shared with us. After approximately 3 and a half hours, we went to eat. Our group decided to go to a food truck which was the best decision. The food was absolutely delicious. We concluded with the zip line and wow. The views are just breath taking. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Jaime, if you’re reading this, you and your team were great 🫶🏽

Our guides for the rainforest tour were AWESOME! Everyone in my family had a great time during the rainforest tour. The zip lining tour was okay. Our if the eight lines, two were good. The other six are literally zipping from one post to another, back to the first. The first six lines are very short. The last two lines were good. The staff at zip lining were very detailed and safety minded.
Best Rain Forest Tour!!

We had to be there by 6:45 for the ride but it was worth every penny spent and definitely worth waking up early. The tour guides are locals who know the area and know how to beat the crowds. I was first down the water slides for the whole day and we didn’t have to wait in any lines besides for our own group. When we left there was a line of probably 100 people from different groups waiting for the water slides

Pros
The rain forest was the most memorable. The tour guides (Julian) was amazing along with his team. The rain forest was a once in a lifetime experience since rain forest does not exist in the US. The hiking and water activities were a challenge due to the humidity, elevation, and slipper terrain but it was definitely worth the experience.
Cons
The zip lining is short and you do not see much of the rain forest besides the few great views. 5 lines are in the same area until you are taken to the longer and faster lines. They should have more of these.
Suggestion
You should take this guide for the rainforest experience unless you can find it alone. Worth the money!

Booked this tour via Viator and everything was extremely organized. The BeSpoke receptionist called me the day prior to the tour to confirm my pickup location and time. She was easily reachable via phone call/text and was really friendly.
Our tour guides Julian and Tito picked us up and halfway to El Yunque, we stopped at a little mom/pop shop to get breakfast/drinks for the guests who did not eat (at your own expense) and it was also the last stop to use the restroom before we entered the forest.
Julian and Tito were the absolute best! They treated us like family, made us feel safe, and made sure no person was left behind. They were also funny too! They taught us all the tips and tricks of the moderate to difficult 4 hour hike. During the hike, they taught us a little bit about the trees and the leaves. I came here in March and did not need bug spray as there were no mosquitos but I’m not sure what it’s like in the other months. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen.
You have to have an open mind and be adventurous on this tour. Just a fair warning, you will get wet, super muddy, your shoes will be soaked with mud/water (I recommend wearing water shoes with a good traction or you may slip), and it may rain during your hike but this all adds to the fun! At the end of the hike, you will be able to rinse off with clean water before getting back on the bus.
I suggest leaving all belongings on the bus before going on the hike as the bus is locked. Purchasing a waterproof phone case would be useful, that way you can take your own photos as you go but Tito was taking photos on his phone for us. We retrieve the photos at the end of the trip via Julian’s Facebook page. After the tour, they took us to get lunch (at our own expense).
Find your adventurous side and book this trip! I’m a girly girl but had tons of fun on this tour and will definitely be back all thanks to mi familia Julian and Tito!
ZIPLINE
After we grabbed lunch, we were picked up in a separate van that took us to ziplining. It was my husband and I’s first time. My husband is so afraid of heights that his palms get sweaty thinking about it. However, he wanted to try something new while we were on vacation and let me tell you, he had a wonderful time and said he would actually come back to zipline.
There were 8 zipline courses. The first 2 course was to ease us into the process of ziplining and to get comfortable with knowing how to “break” towards the end. Course 7 was the longest and had such beautiful breathtaking views of El Yunque. All staff at the zipline that we encountered were very friendly and made sure our harnesses were super secure. Overall, this was such an amazing experience! No bugspray needed for this either but sunscreen is a must!
Awesome adventure highly recommend!

True Adventure in gorgeous Puerto Rico

Zip line was like flying through clouds. They were so efficient and friendly. If you are looking for adventure, then book this rainforest trip! Jumping off rocks, sliding down cliffs, and hiking through mud and boulders. SO MUCH FUN! Great tips from Luis, Mitchell (aka Tarzan) and Jason. Felt safe the entire time while also challenged physically in the best of ways in gorgeous Puerto Rico! Book this - you will not regret it!!

Jonathan was our tour guide and he was literally EVERYTHING! He was fun, exciting, knowledgeable, trusting, and above all else he was safe… our group was so much fun! We did the full hike to the top and jumped 3 cliffs and slide down two waterfall slides plus had the swinging ropes. Jonathan took us in a waterfall cave (swam)!!! The rainforest is beyond beautiful. Zipling had to be the highlight for me! 8 zip lines and number 5, 7, and 8 made it wayyyy worth it!!! A MUST PURCHASE. We will be returning in December.
Thrilling!

This activity was amazing! Johni and Pablo are the best. We had a group of six and it was the best group ever. I was the oldest in the group and the most out of shape. But, nobody made me feel this way. Our guides and the group were All incredibly kind and patient. I truly enjoyed the experience. Although, quite honestly, it was a lot for this old girl!
If you choose this activity, you will not regret it, just remember to stretch first, LOL! We were definitely feeling it the next day.
Awesome experience

This right here was a great experience. They made me feel so comfortable I even jumped off the cliff. Julian made the group feel like a family and made it funny. I enjoyed everything would definitely visit again and do the caves. Scenery was beautiful. Just make sure you have cash to tip them. The only thing I do recommend is good sneakers, hiking boots, or good grip water shoes that you don’t mind getting muddy & wet.

This tour was the most expensive excursion we went on this week-but it was completely WORTH IT. This was the experience of a lifetime and an adventure that we will not forget! Felix was an excellent tour guide and so friendly. We had a blast! The zip lining was fun as well, but keep in mind the only canopy zip lines are the two at the end. If you are an experienced zip liner you may be a little disappointed. I give the whole experience and easy 5 stars!

Our tour guide Jonathan was the best ever. This by far was one of the best tours. I've ever done. If your looking for adventure this is the one. Hiking in the rain forest, rock climbing, natural water slides, 30 foot jump, great food stops and more. DO IT and tip your tour guide bc he deserves it

In some cases, we will also send you an email asking you to validate your review before it is published. All you need to do is click on the link provided in the email. After publication, our team checks each review reported to it as not meeting our publication criteria. Tripadvisor reviews that appear on the Viator site are subject to the same checks and moderation processes as set out above.
