A Once In A Lifetime Experience

My family and I had an incredible experience, all in part to our tour guide-Brian. He was knowledgable, engaging and went out of his way to make us all feel comfortable. An early pick up to get us to El Yunque started the day off great, the hike was challenging but not difficult. When we got to the water slides, cliff jumping, and rope-swinging Brian made sure that everyone did the activities in the safest fashion and had fun doing it! When we were all finished, we headed to a great kiosk in Luquillo, had lunch and relaxed on the beach. It was a time we will never forget! If you're going to go to El Yunque/Luquillo, this small group your (just the 5 of us) is the only way to go! And be sure to ask for Brian, you won't regret it!

The best morning out and a way to get get exercise as well. Jeanmar was our guide and he was very knowledgeable about the El Yunque National Forest. Jeanmar knows the island and shared historical information on the drive to and from the forest. More physical than I expected it but being a month from my 50th birthday I have to say I conquered it!

This 6 hour trip was one of the most fun days we've had on any vacation. The rain forest is absolutely beautiful and the hike was a blast. The natural slide, cliff diving, and rope swings were so so much fun and the water was beautiful and clear. Our tour guide...Jean...I cannot say enough good things about him. He was knowledgeable, incredibly fun, and patient beyond all belief. He essentially had to hand hold my very timid 9 year old the entire trip and never once batter an eyelash doing so. Whatever they're paying him - he deserves double. Thanks for everything.

The entire day was perfect. We were picked up at our location. The car was clean and had good AC. The tour guide Jeanmar texted us and let us know he was there. He was super friendly /personable and had a great sense of humor. He made sure we felt comfortable the entire trip, always checking up on us. During the tour he shared things with us about Puerto Rico’s history and was extremely knowledgeable. He gives you options to do the water slides / ropes. He also takes you to eat afterwards at these delicious food spots so make sure to bring a towel and a dry change of clothes! I would definitely do this tour again. 5 stars.

Jean is amazing!! He made the experience wonderful. His knowledge, sense of humor and caring were second to non. He explained the local floral and history. He made sure we new were to go and what to do to be safe. The water slides, views were breathtaking.

Our tour guide was Andrea! She was very nice and professional. We were picked on time and to the rainforest in a timely manner. She know alot about the area and took good care of us even though we weren't to sure about climbing rocks! But we made it!! The tour ended with a mini clay facial and good lunch at the beach!!!! Tour lasted enough to where we still had the rest of the day to explore PR!

Jean is an excellent tour guide. I went on this hike with my brother and elder father. Jean was very patient and took care of my dad along the way. We felt safe throughout the adventure even though the trails themselves had their varying levels of adventure and challenges. Jean captured precious pictures for us along the way and accommodated our dietary restrictions by selecting an appropriate restaurant for lunch afterwards.

This hike was so beautiful! Jeanmar was our host and man was he the host with the MOST!! he was phenomenal. Honestly not enough good things to say. So friendly, makes you feel like family, so comfortable to be around. He was educational and helpful. Always checked in with us to make sure we were doing okay! Thank you so much you were amazing!
The home itself will put you to work a little bit. It is muddy through most of the trip. You cAn rinse off in the springs and then with a hose on your way back. As you approach the springs and waterfalls the hike gets a little testier. You have to climb rocks, over huge tree branches, and the springs are filled with slippery rocks. You have to take intentional steps, make sure your feet are secure or you can easily fall.
Not to sway anyone away but just a heads up you need to be ready to hike. It’s so worth the price and effort to see all of the beautiful nature around. If you love hiking this is the best!
We followed up with Lunch and shops. 10/10 would recommend!!

This was hands down one of the best excursions we have ever been on. Jeanmar was our guide and he was so much fun! We had other people In our group that were fun and amazing too. It is a smaller group of people than what you see other companies do which is amazing since you do get more attention and helps the overall experience. There are a couple of tricky areas to climb too but Jeanmar was very good about explaining everything at every step. I highly recommend this tour and company, it was the best time!

This tour was a highlight of our trip! Andrea was a wonderful guide and so friendly. She made the hike comfortable and fun - we were able to move around a lot of the bigger groups easily and she also gave us lots of info about the island and local places to check out. Having a small group was worth it! Comfortable transportation, fun hike and water activities, and delicious food at the end of the day - what more could you want? Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting PR!
