Firstly, All clients are sent a comfirmation email with there pick up time and location, it also mentions that all clients are required to call or email prior to there excusion to confirm their pick up location and time. In this case we didn't receive an email or call from you. We did provide an email and message to confirm location and time. Bus was waiting at the hotel over 20 minutes. many thanks

This trip was neither great, nor awful. It was average. Nice location, not fantastic snorkeling. Nice boat, not great organization from the staff. There were two boats, probably totaling over 60 and possibly close to 70 people, and not enough staff to service. For example, when we arrived at Catalina, shuttling that many people to shore was time consuming. Then once on shore, the same boat crew STARTED cooking the meal. The group at the adjacent beach area and pavillion, arrived after us, and ate before us. It appeared they had some separate staff at the island already preparing for the boat arrival with guests. Much more organized and less waiting around. Snorkeling from the beach at this location was not great; coral broke the water surface at some points and you had to be very careful not to get too close so the water surging in and out from the shore didn't drag you across the coral.

Was alot of fun. Could have used more information. Time of pickup. sweated for the pickup time until last moment. Lobsters on island looked good did not bring enough cash to purchase. Idea of price before hand would have been helpful. Other than that great.

Snorkeling was great. Island was great. Sadly we waited 1.5 hours on bus to pick us up and return to Punta Cana. Eventually a local individual called cabs for he 17 stranded people.

We were wondering what to choose between Saona or Caralina trip.Looking at different review and website to book our tour with lot of différents prices from 60€ to 180€, and I can confirm that this tour was almost perfect for only 60 per person.We met tourist Yahtzee they paid VIP packeged and they had the same as us.I would only rate the transportation as bad experience but I think randomly from time to time with all the hotel pick up you can be lucky or unlucky and lost time in bus, but it’s looks it’s all the same with all your operator.Once on the boat all great, good crew.After we arrived on the island at 2nd stop, the beach looks a paradise. Not too much people in the highest period of the season. You can also get lobster for price between 15 to 20$ once on the island.I would definitely recommended this tour.

This was everything I hopped it would be. I could see 25ft. or about 8 meters down to the bottom. Hand sized fish came right up to me and sometimes that freaked me out. The guides were very good and helped with everything you needed. Fun full day and the food was good as well.

Staff was wonderful, food was great, and Catalina Island is very beautiful! The snorkeling isn't great--not a very colorful reef or many fish. If you're doing it for the snorkeling, I'd pass. That being said, I'd go again in a heartbeat because of the staff and to go back to Catalina Island.

We were disappointed with this trip. Started with getting on the buses at the gift shop. No direction was given on how long we had there, how far the trip was from there, etc. 1 couple got on the wrong bus and we had to pick them up along the way. Bus was packed, no empty seats and no room for our snorkel gear. Get on the boat, it was packed as well, my knees hit the seat in front of me, again no room for our snorkel gear or any open seats. First snorkel site is deep, so if you have not snorkeled before, could be intimidating, we grabbed our gear and cleared out. Again, no communication on how long we were there. The lunch on the island was VERY GOOD. Snorkeling there is OK but beach is shared with other tour groups so crowded. Recap: If you want a tour where you are always guessing what is going on, want to be packed like sardines on the boat and bus, this is the tour for you.

I did this excursion last year when I visited the DR so I thought it would be as good this year. There was a lot of confusion with getting us to the boat. Our tour left an hour and a half late! We were supposed to leave at 9:30am but it was closer to 11 by the time we got on the boat. As soon as I entered the water, I could tell the coral was not as vibrant as last year. I do not know if tourism has affected it but you can definitely tell it is dying off along with a lot of the plants I saw last year. Be sure to expect 3 hours getting there and back.

We had a wonderful time! We were fortunate enough to have a very small group, so it felt very private and we were able to have one on one interaction with all staff/crew that accompanied us. Eileen, aka. Mama per all the younger staff, was fabulous! She was in charge of the whole adventure and she ran a very tight ship. Professional and gracious. The food and drinks were delicious, all you could eat and drink As we are aware, you can't please everyone, but we were there for the experience. To try new things. To step away from the familiar. Our experience, with this trip, exceeded our expectations!

One of the best snorkel dives ever.. The staff was tope notch and the boat was one of the better to be on.. The dive snorkel was one of the better reef dives I have been on .. the Beach was fantastic and the Lunch was ABSOLUTELY DYNAMITE!!! Highly recommended for all!!

My boyfriend and I LOVED this excursion. The boat ride out was absolutely beautiful and the Paradise Passion staff were so friendly. They took us to a snorkeling spot before heading to Catalina Island, and we saw SO many fish! Then they took us to Catalina Island where the snorkeling was even better. The water is more shallow there so you can have a closer look at everything. The lunch that the staff offered was great as well. Highly recommend!

We weren't in a area to see corals and lots of different fishes, but as a first experience snorkeling it was interesting. We spent hours but had nothing to see in the Island. We stayed for lunch and rest only. 5 stars for Viator. We had not a single issue with pick ups or drop offs at our Hotel.

Die Insel ist wunderschön. Der Transfer war aber etwas chaotisch. Wir sind lange hin und her gefahren, sodass der ganze Ausflug 12 Stunden gedauert hat. Leider konnte auch kaum jemand Englisch sprechen.
