I had this transfer set up for my three adult children. The driver came in a car rather than a van, but with only three people it was fine and they didn't have to ride share with others. Driver was on time and extremely helpful. Overall great experience.

My issue is more with viator! I attempted to cancel this more than 24hrs before leaving. I was told that "24hrs in advance" means something different!! And I couldn't receive a refund! I've used viator plenty of times and I've never been treated this way. They claimed to "investigate" about the refund but it would take 7-10 days,I had to cancel the transportation because of weather issues,we were not able to leave out that day. I could have used that money for transportation another day. I'm very disappointed!
