The mole was not as tasty as I had thought it would be. Would have liked it to be more spicey.

I liked shopping for the ingredients. The instructor was very enthusiastic. There is a lot of fine grinding of ingredients. We did a lot of cutting, cooking, and mixing. The chicken was cooked too much.

This was our 4th cooking class in PV and it did not disappoint. We decided to try something different and it was perfect. The class is held at the Chocolate Museum conveniently located close to the Malecon. It was a very interactive experience starting with our trip to the Mercado to select our ingredients. Back at the Chocolate Museum we broke into three groups and began the preparation of ingredients. We rotated positions so we all had an opportunity to participate in each step along the way. Our Mole was delicious and they sent us home with a jar of our wonderful mole paste!! Highly recommend this class.

This was a super fun and delicious learning experience! Was easy to book, and when we got to the Choco Museo, all the staff were super friendly. I learned a lot, and am excited to try to make mole at home. If you like cooking, I would highly recommend giving this class a try!

We took the Mole Class at the Choco Museo and had a great time. We were lucky it was myself, my husband and one other person. The instructor Elias was very engaging and very knowledgeable. He was training another instructor so we had a lot of attention. We started at he market and visited 4 different shops for the ingredients. The instructor was very thorough in reviewing the ingredients, what to look for in purchasing the different vegetables and peppers. Everyone participated in making the mole, chopping, roasting, grinding etc. Most of all it was a delicious meal that we shared. We even got to take home two jars of mole that we created. I highly recommend this experience.
