Half-Day Columbia River Gorge and Waterfall Hiking Tour

Amazing tour! Sarah really knows what she is doing and exactly where to take you for the best views. We saw some amazing waterfalls and learned about their history. Thank you Sarah for an amazing tour!

We had a great time. Sarah was a great guide/host. She was very knowledgeable of Portland and the gorge. She gave us an awesome outing in the gorge and took us to several breath-taking waterfalls. We really enjoyed everything about the trip!

This tour was awesome. I was the only one signed up, but Sarah took me around all by myself to 5 different waterfalls, the Vista House, and a scenic overlook of the Columbia River Gorge. She also took the trouble to discuss local plants and their medicinal/edible usages, and was happy to recommend local restaurants, shops, etc. The scenery was spectacular, the hikes were wonderful, gentle forest walks. Sarah was great company, too. Highly recommend.

This tour was absolutely incredible! It was the highlight of my trip to Portland. When I arrived, no one else had signed up for my particular day (it was midweek) so I asked the kind tour guides if they wanted to reschedule the tour. They said, "absolutely not! If you want to go, we are ready to go! We don't cancel on people." (Many other groups I found do cancel on people if the minimum group size is not met.) I spent the next four hours with my fantastic tour guide, Eddie Skaug, touring all of these incredible waterfalls and learning about the history of the area. Eddie was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. This tour was the absolute best use of time and money. I would recommend it to anyone! Cannot say enough great things about this tour group or the tour itself!

This was a great 4 hour tour of the Columbia River Gorge and waterfalls. Edwin and Sarah were super guides and gave us a very personal tour. They were both highly knowledgeable about the area and looked after us very well.. I would highly recommend this tour!

Our Tour Guide was very nice and went for the extra mile! If I remember correctly, his name is Edwin. He is big, tall and bearded (a bit intimidating appearance) but turned out to be gentle giant with a pleasant personality! Very nice guy! He gave us choices of what we want to do and explained the underlying stories and history about certain scenic spots. He was even gracious enough to ask some of the tourists who are heading towards the NW side as he was on his way home. We ended up hitching a ride with him to NW side. An experience I would definitely recommend to my friends and relatives visiting Portland, Oregon. Don't miss this tour!

This was an amazing tour. The guides were super nice and knowledgeable. I honestly didn't expect to see as many waterfalls as we did, and there were some real gems that I would've completely missed seeing if not for this tour. Multnomah Falls was indeed as spectacular as it seemed it would be, but the hike through/to Latourell Falls was so much fun and views were breathtaking. If you are even questioning if you should go...the answer is a resounding yes!
