I waited almost an hour. There was no representative holding a sign, and no driver. Another tour guide from a different company kindly offered to place some calls to get in touch, and eventually they advised the driver would be another 10 minutes.

We missed our names on the first exit from the terminal doors as both sides of the walkway were packed with tour companies, taxi firms etc. So we had to hunt down our taxi company amidst the throng of people. Maybe larger signs or clear people away who were just hanging about. Our drive from the airport was fine. Hadn't realised how much traffic there was on the island and how slow travelling by car can be!
