Our guide, Flore was one of the best highlights of the trip. She is so knowledgable, friendly and fun! Now the reason for 4/5 stars....The tour itself may be a bit overpriced as it is a half day and fairly rushed, but if you factor in the history lessons and ease and safety of transportation, then you see the value.

Great informative afternoon, prompt pick up. The only negative was being made to wait in the cold & rain for 20 mins due to guide needing to distribute tickets to another tour guide. It was freezing cold and very uncomfortable and unnecessary as this was not a cheap tour.

We enjoyed seeing Versailles and found the place magnificent! The communication between Viator and the actual group that is bringing us places is lacking and unfortunately it can be stressful getting all information before the tour because of this. Viator thankfully! Is more reachable than the actual group tour company and does try to help. The tour itself Was good, but we were picked up late at the hotel and hence, the tour itself appeared rushed. The tour group leaders appeared flustered and did not bring anything “ extra” to the visit. The best part: skipping the line-that is highly recommended!

The convenience of being picked up and dropped of fat our apartment in Paris is great. Although the guide was very well informed and was able to answer all of our question about Versailles and Paris, his presentation was a bit dry - like he had given the same tour a 1,000 times.
