We signed up and paid for an 8 person tour. We were on a bus with 29 people, the bathroom was out of order and our prearranged ride back to hotel never showed up so we had to pay for a taxi. Our tour guide and destinations were great.

If you enjoy learning about World War II, then this is the tour for you. This tour was easily the highlight of my trip to France. Our tour guide was funny, and extremely knowledgeable. She had something interesting to say at all times. Lunch was great, and the bus was super comfortable. I would 100% recommend taking this tour.

This was an awesome tour! Very well organized and was able to see all of the sites I wanted. Definitely worth the money! We opted for the lunch option; if I did this tour again, I would consider bringing my own lunch or purchasing a quick one in the museum cafe to have more time to tour the museum. However, this is probably a personal preference-the lunch was great, and they accommodated my vegetarian diet. Awesome experience overall!

Leila (?) was an excellent tour guide and also was very conscientious about our transportation following the tour. Very personable. Highly recommend her. The communication from your company regarding the pre tour pickup from our hotel (cab from Le Meridien) was non existent. We had to initiate everything to guarantee that we would be there on time. A simple email with the details would have sufficed.

Very comprehensive tour-loved the museum

The guide was wonderful, very informative, knew a lot about the sites and had immense amounts of energy. My favorite part was the museum, the first stop, because it was comprehensive about WW2-you could either just visit the DDay part, the whole thing, or pick what you wanted to see. The museum is well laid out and the movie on the days after DDay was a highlight because we always have the perception after DDay Normandy was liberated. The movie explained in detail why that's a fallacy. The 4, rather than 5, stars is because the tour is just way too long-6 hours there and back and so many stops. We were all exhausted and starving, and the bus stopped at a bus stop with hideous packaged sandwiches and no place to eat them. I'm guessing the stop is because the driver must have a break, not a break really for the passengers and we were all pretty surly at 9 pm after a 14 hour trip. I get you want to give value for the price but there were too many stops. I would have been better to skip a stop and offer a light dinner at the passengers cost.

Our guide was friendly and added good background/historical commentary along our trip. The bus was clean and comfortable. The WiFi on the bus worked great closer to Paris but slowed some in the more rural areas of France, probably to be expected.

This was a tremendous day trip from Paris and full of sites to see. Our tour guide, Vincent, was very attentive and full of knowledge and he kept the discussions going. We had a wonderful lunch at an old farmhouse from the 15th century- great atmosphere and wonderful food.

Experience started well with a stop at Caen museum and a good hot lunch. Wish we had more time at this museum. Next stop Pointe du Hoc. Beautiful view but we were there with an expected storm which never happened other than strong winds. American Cemetery closed they say due to safety. Just drove by and went to British Cemetery for photos. The rest of our tour was only photo stops for 20-40 minutes. Not the tour we expected. The closure of the American Cemetery would have been the highlight for us which was the reason we chose this tour. Understandable the weather is not the fault of the tour operators but please have a back up plan other than photo stops. We were suppose to have access to at least two museums so there should be a back up museums just encase. We were very disappointed to miss the American Cemetery, something I have wanted to see for years and by no means can we plane the tour operators for the weather but please for the amount of money I paid for this tour, photo stops are not a tour.
