Meet your guide by the news stand at the exit of Invalides Metro station Directions: Invalides metro station is on line 8 and 13. There is only one exit from the metro station which takes you on to rue de l'Université. Directly outside the exit you will see a news stand, and a yellow M on top of a pole, indicating the metro. Your guide will be waiting by the news stand. If you are traveling by RER C train, take the exit "Rue Esnault Pelterie" and walk straight ahead until a crossroad (rue de l'Université and rue de Constantine crossroad) where you can see the yellow M. The newsstand will be on your right, next to the metro exit.

An in depth tour. We were the only ones on the tour so our guide adjusted the tour to our needs. A little bit too long in my opinion. If you are a huge history buff you will love the tour.

I toured with Thibauld. He was a wealth of information on the museum, and crafted the tour to meet our interests. He was hilarious, and with the sheer size of the museum, it was incredibly useful to have an expert know where to take us. I loved this museum.
