  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 7 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
  • Passport name and number, gender, date of birth and nationality are required for all passengers; please advise at the time of booking
  • It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure that they comply with all the necessary passport (must be valid for at least 6 months), visa, health, insurance and other travel regulations required for all the countries they will be visiting prior to the start of the tour
  • Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult
  • Infants aged 0-2 are free of charge, will not occupy a seat on the coach and no separate bed
  • Every client is only allowed to bring one luggage on board (maximum weight of 30kg) and 1 small hand carry on (Purse, backpack, camera bag)
  • A standard twin room will be booked during the tour but a double bed can be requested as well. 1 twin room will accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (2-11 who will not receive a separate bed). If this rule does not apply and you are traveling with children, then an adult fee will be charged
  • For any odd numbered group, please choose the "SINGLE TRAVELER" option last traveler because a single room supplement fee of €50 per person per night will need to be paid
  • No triple rooms will be arranged for groups of 3 due to the limited amount of triple rooms in European hotels
  • Please note that the following attractions will be closed on 25 December: Vatican Museum, Colosseum and St Peter Cathedral (depending if any religious events will be arranged that day)
  • Hotel details are provided 24-48 hours before the check-in date
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Near public transportation
  • Infants must sit on laps
  • goEUgo has the right to combine the customers of English and Chinese speaking tour in the same bus if any group has fewer travelers. There will be 1 tour leader on tour who will be able to speak both English and Chinese. They will service the customers in the preferred language (Chinese/English).

Worth every penny! Every one in our group even the driver and tour guide were so nice. The bus we had drives smoothly. The hotels were decent, simple and clean. Our tour guide, DJ, very knowledgeable of Europe even shares his own experiences growing up. My husband wants to do another tour with the company.

Hit all the iconic spots in south France, Switzerland and Italy. Daniel our tour guide was phenomenal, very knowledgeable and managed the tour well. This tour was highly intensive, full 14 hr days but really worth the effort.

The tour was hectic but we never regretted it. The itenery was packed with so much important landmarks, we loved the tour. It is suitable for those who wants to see the important landmarks of Italy in a span of 3 days.

We traveled in a group of 3, me (28) with my parents (age 60, 65) and we all had an amazing time. Yes, it is a LOT of time on the bus. It is a HUGE distance that you are traveling, but if you get to see a ton of major attractions. Some places did not have a long stop, such as the places in Switzerland and Monaco, but the places we did see a lot of are Venice and Rome. This tour is best for if you maybe haven't been to Europe before and want to just say you've been there. You can see what you like and plan your own trip in the future now that you get a taste of what it's like. We planned for 2 days in Paris beforehand and that was perfect to do a little self-tour freedom beforehand. For us 3, we booked 2 rooms for each night and it was still a great price. Some hotels they booked I would imagine is a bit tight for 3 people, others were plenty of room even for 3, just depends on the day. Not fancy hotels, but for the price it is pretty good. If you are way high maintenance then maybe it would bother you. Would definitely recommend for single travelers, family, and even with children.

Well organized plan with a very knowledgeable guide, Mr. Kim. He always tries to help you, makes sure you are able to touch all key attractions and understand well about their history, make sure you get all your meals in reasonable cost, visit all good places..... In summary, it is a very hectic trip, but it is guaranteed that no one can do it better than this tour if you wish to visit so many places in such a short span of time within optimum cost. I strongly recommend this if you want to have an overview.

Although Switzerland is included in the list of countries its just a stop there in late evening with 2- hrs time there, cannot do anything in Switzerland Lucern but just for a toilet break, buy some gifts there in a small shop (11 Euro for pack of 5 Swiss chocolates) take a few photos and eat ice cream. If you have only one chance to go to Europe you should choose other option with more time in Switzerland. we can see more in cities of Italy and it was enjoyable. Stop in Nice and Cannes for a 1 hour stop-- just to bypass through the beaches and get some coffee and lunch. Hotels are quite remote and by the time we reach there restaurants are closed already so you should buy enough food (sandwiches, water, juices) in the last toilet stop before your reach hotel. we hoped to see some delicacy but can't get anything. Venice Hotel restaurant has no room service and becos of long ride in coach we want to enjoy food in hotel room but do not expect it. At a hotel we stop overnight in Venice it is quite a old one and room service is only available of pizza with 6 Euro plus room service charge. (Pizza 9 euro + 6 room service fee)

Very good trip for the budget amount. The guide, Mr.Mano is a good asset for Viator. Mano had given very good information about each place before visiting the place. He is master of all subjects, he will elaborately talk about coffee, wine, etc. Lunch and dinner is very difficult task for the tourist. Lunch and dinner may be included with extra amount in the tour pakage. Accommodation for all the days are very nice. Except the last day stay. Our blessings to - the ball boy of Roger Federer - Mr.Mano
