Great Tour and Tour Guide
, Sep 2021
Had a great tour guide that made the experience quite interesting. He provided interesting details about each location and was very easy to talk to
No one showed up! No notice r anything
, Jul 2021
No one ever showed up! Got there early and left 30 minutes after meeting time. Very disappointed. There were other people there and we didn’t get a notice that it was cancelled or anything. Tried to call and sent quite a few messages and never got a response.

DAWEE TESSEN, gave us a Terrific, well informed, caring, tour. The tour was comfortable, friendly, well studied including researched photos, informative, unhurried and just plain fun! Thanks Dawee for a great afternoon.

Our guide was Daniel. Nice pace, but expect some hills. Guide was knowledgeable and humorous. Neighborhood is really cool.
Montmartre with Michelle
, Oct 2019
We decided to take a walking tour to learn more about the city and immerse ourselves in the area. We were not disappointed with this event. Be aware that there are no stops for a bathroom break during the tour. You'd be better off getting to the starting area early to eat and use the toilette. (We are at IT, but there were at least four other locations to grab a bite or a happy hour drink prior to commencing the tour. Michelle was GREAT!! We enjoyed her enthusiasm and balance of art, art history, & French history in telling the stories of the area and different eras. This is not always easy given you never know who the tour is comprised of. Taking this tour in the late afternoon gives way to spectacular natural lighting for pictures which eventually give way to beautiful nighttime shots. I would recommend this tour to anyone, except maybe those with young children. (The hilly walk could prove too hard on them those to old for a stroller, and the topics too advanced for those under 12 years old.) Thank you Michelle for making our trip to Paris more memorable.
Nice Overview of the Montmarte Area
, Jul 2019
Good overview of the history, streets, and legends of Montmarte area. Our group was a little larger than I expected (20ish) but the guide was good at keeping us all together. Be prepared for uphill walking most of the way. Plenty of rest stops for tour updates. Take your own water and toilet breaks prior.
Fabulous Montmatre
, May 2019
Our guide Nancy was just the best. She was knowledgeable and passionate about Montmatre and the history and happenings. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
Such a great way to get oriented to...

Such a great way to get oriented to Montmartre and see where artists like Utrillo and Toulouse-Lautrec lived and worked. Our guide was a lively speaker and enthusiastic local, pointing out views, houses, vineyards, cabarets and oddities as we meandered up the hills. It's cobblestone streets and some steep climbs at points but worth it for those with comfortable shoes and a desire to see this charming, historic neighborhood firsthand.
