A great tour, a must do for all

This was a great day. We have always wanted to do this. It’s the perfect thing to do during this COVID-19 social distancing period. You stay in your own car. They give you a sanitized iPad that has a narrator guiding you through each clearly marked stop. Very informative. It was incredible to be so close to the windmills. They are even larger than they look from I-10. We could stop and get out to look and take as many photos as we wanted. Got some great photos. Our guide David was incredible, so informative and friendly! It was a great afternoon. Highly recommend

The tour included a good review of the evolution of windmills to generate electricity. Problems encountered and solutions up to the most current design. A number of historical artifacts bring them to life. The tour guide was excellent.

Interesting Tour

Steve was our guide and David our driver. The windmill tour was very informative and an interesting overview of wind energy. Steve did a great job of keeping things moving and pointing out the different types of windmills. We were able to get out of the bus and see some of the windmills up close. I highly recommend this tour.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Lyle, who was extremely knowledgeable, animated & humorous. Interesting video prior to his presentation & bus tour around the windmill park. Lyle was able to answer any & all questions the group had. Highly recommend if you want some insight into the wind industry.
