Not a good experience with Viator. While the Upper Antelope Canyon tour was great and the Navajo guide awesome the coordination with Viator was terrible and not worth it. Better to just book your tour directly with Navajo operator and skip the middle Viator. They did nothing but drive us to the tour and arrange the ticket. But that was also a mess. They booked on one day then asked us to change to a different day (which was OK) but then kept sending us email with the old date and couldn't ever get them to respond to change that. Got confusing as to what was even the correct day. Our rides were not on time and we waited at least 2 hours more than was necessary. Book direct and drive yourself.
