We were one of the first to arrive at the airport & one of the last to leave! No one updated us on the status, we had to inquire twice! First we were told, the wait would be 15-20 mins, then the 2nd inquiry, we were told someone should be here in 5-10 mins! After speaking w/manager, we were able to board a minibus, but didn’t leave for another 15 mins!
