I believe at the time that we booked a transfer from Nice AP to the Marriott Hotel in Monaco. When we arrived in Nice our driver was waiting, since our luggage never made it to Nice, we went directly to our van. The driver was very friendly and professional, however, there was a mix up in the booking. He delivered us to the Marriott hotel in Nice and I specifically asked Viator for Monaco. My receipt did say to hotels in Nice but as a senior citizen, I believed that included Monaco. After much conversation between the driver and his company they agreed to take us to the Marriott in Monaco for an extra 62 euro. We had no choice, so we paid and had a pleasant drive to Monaco. I feel that Viator took advantage of some my age when booking our transfer by not specifically stating Monaco. I would like Viator to refund us the 62 euros since we totally unaware upon our booking of a transfer to Monaco that we only received a transfer to the Marriott in Nice. As there were 6 of us travelling together, having a private transfer worked well for us. The driver was waiting for us in the Arrivals Hall with my name on a board. The transfer was in a very nice van and the driver was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely use again if I was travelling in a group.

The driver was waiting right outside the baggage area as promised. The short drive to the hotel was pleasant without incidence. I would recommend using Viator if you're in need of a reasonably priced driver from the Nice airport to somewhere in the city.
