Amazing place to take your family and enjoy the city. Having pre-purchased tickets made it more relaxing and fun. Plus we enjoyed dinner in the Observatory as well. Food and staff were amazing. Thank you!

The experience was really good. When we got there and asked what to do when we showed him the code on the phone. He pointed us in the right direction as we bypassed the line. We went right up to the security as the employee scanned our badge. This exhibit was a great experience. The faces of the kids at the end of the video in the gallery was awesome!! They had a great time.

Very under whelming, almost felt like a scam. View is beautiful view, but very little signage. Also, very little space to sit and look out so walk around one, and you are basically done. Soda's are $4.50!!! Water $5... do not recommend

. I do not recommend spending the additional $15.

There is a $15 charge at the top if you want to use the tablet to see historic landmark in each direction. If you’ve got Google maps it will do the same thing. There is a drill down menu that you can hear historic information about the landmarks do you select but the noise in the observation deck is too loud to really understand what’s being said with the narration. I do not recommend spending the additional $15.

Easy to get in- no wait and the cafe on rooftop was nice to have an espresso and some gelato as you get an angel’s eye view of the greatest city on Earth below you. 365 degree views - simply stunning! Unforgettable experience. *go at sunset

Covid-didn’t need skip the line amount paid :;

I was disappointed that I had spent the money to “skip the line” due to no line during Covid-I wish I didn’t waste my money. Is there anyway I can get a free comp for 2 people as a good faith due to the pandemic? I traveled here to see my kids from Texas when we were all vaccinated. Anything would be greatly appreciated :)

Highly recommended. The view is spectacular. The technological upgrades was quite impressive, esp. the elevator ride up.
