My only complaint is the outdoor speakers. He did a great job but couldn't be heard outside. That needs to be updated

Had an absolute blast! This was a great way to see the Statue of Liberty without going to the island. My daughter really wanted to do this when we came and I begrudgingly said ok. So glad I did! So much fun and we got some great photos!

They sent us the wrong departing address. Didn’t respond to our messages nor answered the phone. We were scammed ! We haven’t received a refund and the sad thing is, it was our last day in New York and didn’t get to go to the most important attractions because of them!

For the most part I enjoyed this experience. It was very informative & spectacular views.Occasionally the tour guides microphone seemed too close to his mouth making it difficult to understand. The concession stand below seemed understaffed. It was a very long line & not clear which line was cash & which was credit. Both attendants were having difficulty with the registers. Missed about 20 minutes of tour just waiting for 1 drink & a snack. Would skip the drink & snack if I came back again.

Lots of varied seating, inside and out. Narrator was very personable. Sometimes it was hard to locate the buildings he was describing. People felt comfortable getting out of their seats and standing in front of others to get the "right" photo shot. Overall, a great way to see the city at night.

Will give another try if they make this right

This company lists their address at 83 W 42nd via the email confirmation which we are told to pickup our tix there. The boat dock is at a Pier 83. I think the confusion came with how they cut & paste the details with no spaces: “Pier 83 W 42nd St”. In Google their address is also listed as 83 W 42nd St. They need to fix this. After realizing the confusion that they are at Pier 83 but still no exact address was given. So we missed the boat. I am waiting to see if they make this right.
