Guide was amazing and very informative. My family is very iffy on going but loved it. Food and drinks before the experience at the tavern were great too. Definitely will go back. Loved the humor overall.

A turn of events…..

I came to NOLA with my family for a birthday trip and this was the last activity before we had to go home. The bus driver Kendall had a pretty strong personality off the bat but we just bypassed it and enjoyed each other’s company. The tour seemed pretty quick being as we only had like 5 minutes in each location to roam, but it was interesting. After the last stop, the key was given to one of my family members and he lightheartedly sat in the drivers seat and then went back to his seat. Kendall seemed fine with that at first still making some joking comments and then upon exiting the bus, he went off on us calling us disrespectful and saying my cousin played ‘mind games’ with him and did it with bad intentions when that was NOT the case at all. My cousin was completely wrong in doing what he did and we all told him it wasn’t okay. However the way the situation was dealt with was super unprofessional..from the arguing, displaying of his weapon in the vehicle, it was too much. A night of laughter and jokes ended in yelling and an argument amongst the whole group which was super unfortunate. He did not have to escalate the situation and could've spoken one on one without causing a scene.

Fun but Disappointed

I was really looking forward to this tour, I liked the byob, comfortable bus, cool cemetery, the tour guide was nice and interesting. But not really a ghost tour…. We were disappointed, it’s more of a night cemetery tour. You go to two cemeteries (which were interesting to visit, we were given metal sticks to communicate with spirits at the second one). You stop at a place to go the bathroom and eat beignets… that seemed like a waste of time to me. We wished for more ghost stories not generalities. I would not do this again and felt it was a Waste of money

The tour was awful. The guide went off on long, annoying tangents that had nothing to do with the subject matter. We ended up taking an Uber back early.

Great history in the first half and fun ghost stories in the 2nd half, but not too scary for our 9 and 12 year olds. They had a blast trying to find spirits with pictures on their phones!

Best Ghost Tour in New Orleans

We went on this tour so we could walk the cemeteries at dark. It was absolutely incredible! Our guide, Kendall was outstanding! He was funny, engaging and informative. Since he's local to the area, he could share all kinds of stories with us. We had plenty of time to stop in between the Masonic cemetery and the Katrina Memorial to go to the bathroom, grab drinks and a snack. When we got to the Katrina Memorial Kendall shared some history of the memorial and the ghosts that haunt the area, then he gave us all dowsing rods. We were shocked by the activity we experienced while using them. My husband and I were both skeptical, but there was too much activity occurring for us to ignore it...it was crazy! Again, couldn't recommend this tour enough! Try and get Kendall if you can...he is the absolute best!

Tour: 11 p.m. It was a fun experience! Also, it was great to know how different it is in Texas to NOLA in how we lay to rest our loved ones. I loved the stones! They are beautiful. Thanks to Henry our tour guide for making our tour so much fun from start to finish! Our bus trip to the cemetery was a blast from the past with the music! He was so knowledgeable too! I highly recommend him!!
