I love the fact that the tour picked us up from our hotel! Our guide was very informative about the history of the city and made the tour interesting and very educational. I have recommended this tour to anyone who comes to New Orleans. Unfortunately, we had some people on our bus who made it difficult to hear him explain things at times because they were talking so loud. I enjoyed our stop at the City Park where we were able to get off, stretch our legs, use the restroom and enjoy some beignets from the famous Cafe Du Monde.

David, our driver, was so informative and funny. He showed us so much for the city we wouldn't have normally seen. He told us about the destruction from Katrina and Ida. We would definitely take another tour with him. We had such a great time.

We had Darron as a tour guide, very friendly funny man and educational. We learned a lot about the history of NOLA from the creation of NOLA to present day NOLA. We seen exactly everything on the tour including mansions, rich cemeteries, Katrina damaged houses, lots of popular streets and driving along the coast. On top of all the information and beautiful views we stopped and got some good pictures and always had an air conditioned bus the whole tour!

First the person we scheduled with told us we would be picked up between 8:30 and 9:00, and we weren’t picked up until 9:50. Although we enjoyed the mix of music and information our guide used to show the city, he dropped us at a cafe for a break which never had the time to serve us. We barely got restroom breaks. Then he dropped everyone off at their hotel or place of choice. He told my husband and I if we got off, it would only be a couple blocks to our hotel. We ended up walking 7 city blocks in 100 degree heat. I wouldn’t do it again.

We are sorry that the miscommunication happened. This is an occasional problem when our guests book through a third party. Our morning city tours are always scheduled for pickup between 9:30am and 10:00am. The 3 hour tour is then from 10:00am to 1:00pm and drop-off is between 1:00pm - 1:30pm. It is a bus tour with only two short stops and this is the case in order to cover all that the city has to offer. As for drop-off, that was clearly a miscommunication on the driver's part. We do apologize for that.
