Never gave a refund

Our trip was canceled 2 hours before we were supposed to go, due to weather. That is understandable, but we still have not received our refund and it's been about a month ago now. Every time we have contacted the tour operator they say they've talked to trip advisor, but we still haven't gotten anything back. We are very irritated and wouldn't recommend going through them if they can't give a refund when they were the ones that canceled.

We had a fun day on the Craig Cat boats. It was great for the family. The boats are easy to operate for just about anyone. They are fun once you get to go fast when you’re out of the mangrove areas! The island you stop at is pretty, and we liked the shells. This was a fun trip that I would recommend to anyone to try out!

Excellent tour! Leaving the marina, there is a manatee zone so it’s slow going which gives you a chance to get acclimated to driving the boat. Then it’s full speed ahead! So much fun. The island we stopped at was beautiful! A great experience & so much fun. Will be back!

Was a nice trip for the cost. We did get to see a dolphin and alligator so kids were happy. You do have to go slow for the first 30 minutes but then you can open it up and see what these things can do. A lot of fun to drive. We stopped at an island to do some shelling which was a nice break. Overall this was a good trip and the weather was great. I would definitely recommend to families.

So much fun! Enjoyed the slow wake zone to be able to observe wildlife and breaking out in the open water was a blast. The island stop made for a nice break to wade, swim or search for shells. The staff were great and offered help if someone needed it. I’d go again ina heartbeat.

We only saw the back of one manatee coming up but we had great fun speeding along the scenic bay and stopping to collect shells along a beach. It was a fun outing! Took about 3 hours total.

This trip was a blast! You have to go slow for the first part of the ride, no wake zone, but when Chase, the guide, got us out on the open channel, holy smokes, these boats can really fly! Going full speed through the water was exhilarating. The short stop at White Horse Caye was just long enough to stretch your legs, grab a water and look for shells. We saw dolphins and and alligator. Would have been cool to see a manatee, but I get it that wild animals don’t always cooperate! This was truly the highlight of our trip to Naples, I would take this trip again. Be sure to park in the free lot, across the street from the marina (and fire station).

We had a very good time on the Craigcat boat tour of the 10,000 islands,Everglades, manatee, shelling, dolphins. My only criticism is that we rushed through the canal so fast we were not able to see any wildlife. We really enjoyed arriving at Whitehorse Cay and collecting shells, but that too seemed rushed. I think they should allow four hours for this tour in order for it not to be rushed. But we had a great time and would certainly recommend it!
