Good tour
, Jul 2019
Informative tour which would have been a LOT better but Munich was celebrating with parades, LOUD THUMPING music at almost every platz and it was raining intermittently. The guide had to constantly adjust where we could stand where it was semi-quiet and somewhat dry. That being said, the guide was experienced and was very informative explaining the early Nazi history in Munich. He did a very solid job answering questions and keeping the group together.
A marginally useful tour.

Guide walks too fast for photographers to keep up. Seeing the sites was interesting, but could be done with a guidebook and city map. No entries aside from normally accessible places anyone could see. Ended in midst of nowhere since the was an add-on portion we did not do. We liked finding our way back, but some might be uncomfortable with it.

The tour guide (I think his name is rick) was excellent, very knowledgeable of the history of WWII and ready to answer questions in a very nice and interesting way. Had a great time with him!!

This like most Viators was absolutely excellent. The guide Anne was amazing. First, she loves Munich! unlike so many guides she did not walk ahead or too fast. She cared about everyone in the group. She provided historical context to each site and set the stage so that even those with little background into the chronology of the Nazi movement could put the sites into a logical framework. She is also very generous. As we had an enthusiastic and relatively small group she added what I believe to be extras to our tour we went to lunch at a place Hitler liked...we ate as a group. She then took us through winding paths in the University area and explained the importance of movements that were going on showing how some citizens tried to tell what was really happening.Since it was a beautiful day she added a stroll through some parts of the very large English Garden a very nice calm respite after grappling with such serious subjects on the tour this stroll even included the river surfing area seen on Rick Steve's shows about Munich. Anne is one of the best guides we have ever had. It happened to be a crazy day in the city as Munich had just won the Bavaria crown for socer..and the entire main plaza was closed for an evening celebration. Anne spontaneously planned various new routes for the tour to miss the crowds and see all -- and more__ than what was expected. She is simply excellent!
