Wearing a face mask is mandatory in the vehicle and in closed spaces during visits for our guides/drivers and all participants, if a guest doesn't have a mask, we shall be happy to offer one. Wearing gloves is highly recommended inside the vehicle. Our guides/drivers who have tested for COVID19 and are positive or still waiting for their results, show COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed case in the last 10 days will not be allowed to do any tours. Some activities/visits might not be doable due to 3rd party temporary closure.
- In case of special events or roads closure tour/attractions could be modified without prior notice.
- Smoking, e-cigarettes and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle

Excellent 8 hour complete tour of Montreal with excellent guide Mountie who was extremely knowledgeable. Highlights included Saint Joseph Oratory at Mont Royal, ride around the track where the upcoming F1 race will be held, visit to Old Montreal, Underground, and famous bagel shop and maple shop.
Must take!! Worth the money!!!

Oh my! Mounir was one of the best guides we have ever experienced. He is such a gentleman, with all the knowledge needed to bring Montreal to life. We even had an 85 year old man with us - who had a great time. We especially enjoyed the local snacks in the afternoon.

I had serious problems with this trip. The guide did not come to pick me up. I sendt him a message and I have been told the pick up place had been changed and npobody comunicated me.

We are so sorry that you had such a bad experience on a booking with us, but this was due to some mistakes from your part. When you did input your hotel name as a pick up location, this means that you request a pick up from your hotel. This was approved by us and we sent you an email via Viator to confirm your hotel pick up with pick-up time. If you didn't receive this email it may be because the email address you provided was wrong or maybe our email went into your spam folder, or maybe something else. But it was definitely sent from our side and Viator has it in their internal messaging system.
We also sent you a text message to your registered mobile number (which we don't want to write here as we care for your privacy). When you communicated with us after the tour has started via Whatsapp, we found out that your registered number contains 999 while on whatsapp there was only 99 which means you entered the wrong phone number and never got our text.
When we noticed your messages on whatsaap we told you that you can still catch up with the tour, but you refused to do so. This is when we told you that if you don't want to join the tour, it will be consider as a No Show because our guide was at your hotel at your time of pick up but you were not there.
We are really sorry that you had to face such hardships in our city. We understand that mistakes happens, but we certainly can't be blamed for the fact that you lost your hotel pick up because you couldn't reach your emails and inputted the wrong mobile number.

Wonderful day seeing all the city highlights by car and foot. Mounir was a wonderful and very knowledgeable guide . We only had a short time in Montreal but were able to see and experience so much . Tastings were well chosen and an added bonus.
