Aurora was amazing from start to finish. The market tour was very informative, and she gave great advice on choosing local produce and the history of the market. The class was a very warm and intimate setting, with lots of great hands-on activity for everyone. For anyone looking for an authentic cooking experience, I highly recommend this class.
