When we arrived for the 1:30pm tour it was cancelled and o one told us ahead of time. We got moved to the 3pm tour. It was a cool little tour. The bartender made the best daiquiri's we had all weekend. The cost was cool. I like how he had a theme song to match each celebrity home.

Great tour, boat and energy. Very relaxing tour getting to see the beach houses and soaking up the sun. Greatly recommended!

The most memorable part of the boat tour was the unfortunate experience of slipping and falling while coming downstairs on the boat. I was asked by the captain and another staff member if I was ok and I responded that I was very shaken and thought that I was ok. On the next day, 4/1, I woke up with a sore shoulders, a sore back, a sore tailbone, and sore ankles. I was in Miami to celebrate my 60th birthday and wanted the experience of taking a bout tour and ended up slipping and falling down the stairs because ther some water on the stairs that caused my a accident. I need to know the injury policy because I may have to take legal action because of my injuries that I sustained from my slip and fall. I hope to receive a reply soon,thanks in advance.

The experience started off on the wrong foot. We were told to head up top when we embarked, my husband and I headed up top since the bottom was filled and there were no empty chairs…yes, they looked like folding chairs. There didn’t appear to be enough seats for the amount of passengers aboard. I expressed my concern to the staff and was told that we could sit up front after they finished taking pictures and the boat departed. The problem was that the staff was telling this to multiple passengers who expressed the same concern I had. That space did not accommodate the number of people who they offered this seating accommodation to. To be fair, they did offer to change ours and others boarding time to the 4:30 cruise, but we had other things to do, so we declined that offer. There were people that got off and may or may not have taken them up on their offer. As offered, we were able to sit up front, it was still not enough space to be comfortable with the number of people, but it worked out. My husband stood the entire trip. They were selling the photos taken when we embarked for 20$, not bad and they were not pushy about selling it to you. The boat ride itself was nice. The tour was ok…the guide pointed out (in English & Spanish) several properties that was said to be owned by celebrities. The back and forth language was a bit much. The “DJ” would play the music of the celebrities when approaching “their” property. But I think it was more of his personal playlist. I didn’t like that they claimed you would win a vacation via a drawing, it was just a timeshare presentation coverup! I also didn’t like how the tour guide mentioned tips at the start and at the end; then stood at the exit of the boat with an big orange tip bowl! Tips are earned and not mandatory, I don’t mind tipping if I receive tip worry service. If I paid for a tour and your job is the tour guide, I shouldn’t feel obligated to tip you. Actually, you were just doing your job as I do mines on a daily and I don’t receive tips for showing up to work. I can not speak to the “bar tender”, we did not purchase any drinks. There is a restroom on board, I did not utilize it, so I can not comment on it. All in all, it’s a nice way to experience the water and it was inexpensive. I would say give it a shot if you want to spend time enjoying a boat ride. Remember, get there early if you want a seat😉.

The houses were pretty, and the boat ride was nice, but the overall tour was nothing exceptional. I didn’t like the picture sales, and “give away” gimmick.

Great experience. Good music, drinks and prices. Would recommend this tour for anyone looking for a tour. The tour guide was wonderful she talked the property and then playing music of the owner
