Nothing to see. Just a loud and boring boat ride in the swamp. I will not recommend this to my friends.

The people were rude to my kids and the person giving the info on the boat also made inappropriate comments! We only saw one little alligator and it took too much time.

Very short. Not enough time for anything!!!!

Airboat ride was fantastic. Captain Jimmy is the best. But what they don't tell you is that that boat ride is only 30 minutes. The bus brings you into the park and the bus picks you up. Out of 5 hours you spend 2 hours in the bus. There is no time left for anything. If you stop by the gift shop then no time for the bathrooms. If you stay in line for the bathrooms you won't make it to the gift shop and food truck. We wanted to grab some alligator meat sandwich from the food truck but there's no time. It was important to taste gators meat once we were there. Bus driver rushes you back into the bus to go back to Miami and that's it. At least extra 30 minutes would be ideal to walk around and grab some lunch. What a disappointment

Misrepresenting no alligators!

Just terrible and a waste of money!!!! It’s misrepresented and should state fraud! For one we booked our tripped checked in At 12:30 did not board the bus until after 2 almost 3 they were late .. we get there and only had 43 min to do the airboat and see exhibits! Long story short we saw no alligators and didn’t have enough time to see the show fully! $90 down the drain never again!

Worst tour I have ever been on!!!
William_M
, Jul 2022
It was an absolute nightmare, the bus was almost an hour late and then we had to make another stop in downtown Miami, it had broken windows that you couldn't see out that allowed wind in for the entire ride. The bathroom had no toilet paper. The air conditioner didn't work properly. We were only on the airboat for less than 30 minutes and saw absolutely nothing. I watched every single airboat stop in the exact same places, the guy admitted that they knew they weren't gonna say anything. This was the worst tour I've ever been on in my life. They said we would get a 45 minute boat ride and 45 minutes to walk the park, from start to finish at the park we were there less than an hour. The add is very misleading, it reads as if you are about to take a half day tour of the Everglades. Again, we got less than 1 hr.

Not Gators but so Fun

The souvenir shop is so cute, they have great gifts and snacks. Captain Disco took our group out, we couldn’t find any gators but he did have a valid point. They don’t come out when it’s hot; they try to stay cool. But it was fun and entertaining. Highly recommend.

We booked and paid a tour online. Took a Cab to the pickup. Stood on the 30 minute line for checkin. After checkin walked to the bus to find out that the bus had no spot for us evemthough we had the ticket. They overbooked. the tour. We had to cancel and wasted the entire morning.

The show was great!

The airboat was nice but unfortunately there were no alligators when we went. No fault of the company. Captain Case was knowledgable. I loved the alligator show and baby alligator petting! Please remember to leave a tip for both the captain and the man who runs the show. They depend on tips for a living

The trip that was sold to us was not available. On arrival at the venue we were told there was no room for us because it was fully booked. I wish we used a different agent because using Viator was very disappointing and we will not be using Viator again.

Excellent experience, the only thing we can not predict is the weather, so due to the weather conditions we didn't go to the Airboat, but we saw the Alligators and found out interesting facts.

A nice tour. Unfortunately, because of the time of year, the only gators we saw were in captivity! The bus driver had fun commentary.

Expected to go to the Everglades National Park instead bus took us to the Sawgrass Recreational Park very disappointed. This was total mis advertisement. Also, made numerous stops to drop off and pick up individuals like a local bus ride not tour.

Enjoyed the trip, it was well-organised. The bus left on time, got back on time, the boat ride was fun (don’t expect to see ‘gators in the wild, though) and we didn’t have to wait long for it. Good and drinks available at the center, enjoyable time overall

The tour was horrible. We didn’t even make it to the Everglades. Booked a tour for 8 for a bachelor party amd the bus broke down before even taking off leaving us locked into a sweaty closed in bus, we got tired of waiting and almost passing oht so we got off the bus as they had no idea when we’d be departing. They then refused refund or tickets for another day. Horrible horrible experience

Very unorganized, bus air conditioning was poor at best. Maybe a 20 minute boat ride with no alligators in sight. We have done airboat rides at different locations that have been amazing. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Although we didnt see an alligator during the ride, the speedboat was fun and the driver gave us some cool facts about the Everglades. The alligator exhibit was also nice and rhe worker who went into the alligator exhibit was fun and interactive with the crowd.

Bad experience

My girlfriend and I booked the tickets for the Everglades Airboats Safari. We couldn’t join the group at the meeting point so we decided to go directly to the park. Arriving there we realized that Viator was using that park to convince people to buy the tickets but they are showing another park. We ended up buying new tickets for the park. I asked for refund but noone responded.
