    What a magical experience!! Tour operators were on time and super friendly.. everything went pretty smoothly. That hot air balloon ride felt like a cloud.. I am deathly afraid of heights, and at no point was I scared during this, which is AMAZING..lol! I was soo entranced by the beauty of the experience, the height didnt matter. The landing was smooth as butter.. met some cool people. You won't regret this experience!

    It was ok, they pick you up and mix you up with a bunch of people from other groups, not much explanation of what’s going on on the way, the flight itself was ok, you fly over some fields and see stuff around you - sunrise is nice. The time we were doing this (September 2021) there weren’t many balloons flying, but it must be more spectacular when many balloons fly. Done similar tour elsewhere - this is cheaper but during the time we did it, was less impressive. Worth doing tho !

    The ride got cancelled because of the weather. That’s not something any of can fix. They communicated the condition as things progressed and stayed professional in their standard. Although this was not what I expected, I believe they did what they could, refund process wasn’t too much of a trouble. Weather was the main reason for this cancellation and I believe they handled the situation well.

    The tour picked us up on time, took us to the area where the balloons fly, but weather didn’t permit to fly unfortunately. I need to give them 5* because they provided a full-refund. Very professional and trustworthy. Will defo check them up if I’m ever back @ Luxor! Thank you!

    This balloon ride was excellent, great take of and landing, great piloting by Mr. Walid, smooth flight. We have done several balloon rides around the world and this one was one of the best. It would have been nice if we could have got close to the River Nile like some of the other balloons although of course we understand it goes according to the wind direction. Having a ladder to step up and step down was very helpful. Thank you again for this wonderful balloon ride.

    amazing experience, everything was very well organised and well done. Pickup from the hotel at the announced time, then crossing the Nile to the West bank and the big show starts: first, inflating the balloon while the night is still on. Going up in the air everything was so smooth and quiet... then, the sunrise, then flying over the places we've visited before (thus, my recommendation would be to leave the Hot Air Balloon for the last day/days - but then you'll have the - very small - risk of unclement weather conditions...). Landing showed the excellent skills of the captain. I would say that 45-60 are absolutely enough but you should take the first flight so you can watch the uniques show of inflating the balloons then the sunrise. The only downside of the entire thing (possibly, there is an explanation but... still... it can be announced well in advance!) is that, without notice, during the evening before the flight you'll get an SMS asking quickly for photocopies of the passengers passports, the room number and hotel name; OK, this is for the police, transportation, etc - but most of the persons does not have these photos all the time with them, maybe they are not checking the phone every 5 minute or may do not have whatsapp (the only way to sent them the passports photos, BTW). So be prepared and have these things with you the evening before! Otherwise, I would do it again without hesitance! 5 stars in spades!

    Must do when in Luxor especially with this ver cheap price. Pick up time you've choosed will be confirmed again by tour operator but driver showed up on time (ours @ 3.50 am) trip depends on key factor "wind" which we were lucky everthing went smooth from pick up transfer to balloon base and flight (no waiting long) Pilot was very professional which made flight was memorabled. PS. Check weather (wind condition) before booking (if possible) and your date can be flexibled.

    Amazing and memorable experience, a highlight of my Egypt trip. Pickup and drop off went very smoothly. Watching the sun rise and seeing other hot air balloons at many different levels and seeing the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hapshetsup underneath. were absolutely unique, exhilarating and beautiful!

    It was an excellent experience. I highly recommend everyone. The driver picked us up from the hotel in a vehicle and drove us to the balloon boarding location, where we had an amazing trip that will be remembered for the rest of our lives. Finally, they return us to the motel. Thanks!

    It was one of the best adventures of my life! I spent more than an hour flying, which is really great. We spent enough time. All the other companies were landing after only half an hour, but we were the last to land after Memorable an hour, and it was amazing. We all had an unforgettable time.
