    The instructions to the shuttle location were accurate. The staff was very welcoming. Edgar our driver, was very helpful and resourceful to my wife and I. He made the shuttle ride fun and interactive. My place of stay was a bit difficult to locate but he was very patient and went above and beyond to get us to our destination safely, all by the grace of God. I am thankful to God for the gray line staff, especially Edgar!!!

    This company picked up 2 other stops and the 3rd stop was a no show. The driver waited for the no show party for over 15 min and we were already running late. We were late checking in and had 0 time to sit before boarding our flight. It was stressful and the worst experience. Never again!

    After walking past the time share people who claim to be part of the gray line shuttle service, it’s easy to find the shuttle services by the numbered poles. There is someone outside to tell you which numbered pole grayline is and there they have your name written down and check you in. We had a super sweet representative explain the round trip process.We only waited aprox. 10 minutes for another couple to fill up the shuttle, then we were off. Great, safe driver. Made us laugh and start our vacation right!!
