Excellent, scenic, exciting, informative, memorable.

Comfortable enough bus, wonderful views and enough stops for breaks. I thought the time allotted for going up in the cable-car plus having lunch was tight but that did not spoil the trip for me. However, i did have an issue when I got left behind that morning at pick up point, having been told to wait outside my hotel. The pick-up was actually across the road but when I crossed over, the bus pulled out. They obviously didn’t check for a missing passenger. I emailed Viator and the bus came back fifteen minutes later for me. Could have been avoided if they had checked their passenger data. After that, the day was all good.
Great trip overall

Tour was great, the guide was very knowledgeable and the bus was air conditioned and comfortable. Definitely recommend going up in the cable car as that is where you will get the views of the mountains. Also, there is a collection point by hotel Garda that was not advertised so we walked 30 mins to the bus station unnecessarily. Also bring lots of water as the journey is long. Other than that great trip and worthwhile.
Wonderful trip....

Wonderful trip. Spectacular scenery. Francesco was a very entertaining tour guide, with great knowledge of the area. He was very friendly and made sure all travellers were happy and enjoying themselves. Several comfort stops. Two longer stops. Went up on the cable car ride . The destination did not disappoint. Wonderful views over South Tyrol. Second stop off was the quaint town of Ortesi, where we had time for refreshments and a stroll around. Hats off to the coach driver for getting us safely around all the s bends and not knocking any of the cyclists off their bikes!!!! A wonderful day and one that we will remember for years to come.
Brilliant Tour

We went on a tour of the dolomites not knowing what to expect as we have never really done something like it before. Well it was absolutely brilliant. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We got picked up in Garda at the bus station it was very easy got to and the bus arrived and left on time. We stopped in some amazing places to get fantastic photos. We loved this as it annoyed our friends and family back home on What an amazing place we were at on our holidays when they were all still working lol. It was amazing value for money. A whole day of seeing such amazing scenery. My favourite part was going up in the cable car to the top and the views up there were outstanding. The weather was perfect for the whole day. Really impressed with the bus driver. I couldn't have done all those turns driving the bus. He was extremely good at his job. We had a brilliant time. Thank you so much 😀

Despite being in constant communication with the tour company, they did not allow me to attend the tour due to an unforeseen circumstance that was totally out of my control. Although I was close to the pickup point at the correct time, this company refused to give me a refund despite the fact that the bus was completely full anyway. I ultimately got a FULL refund through Viator, but just want to warn others not to book with such a money hungry company :)

"Dear" Mr. Gillian. I have all the screenshots of conversations made with you, but I can't publish them for obvious privacy reasons. Just a few words. There are so many people in the world, but we don't like those dishonest. we work every day and give our best to be always available and guarantee our customers a wonderful experience, and we apologize in the first person when this does not happen. I don't intend to waste any more time with you and your lies. But just a few words. Pick-up was at 7:00 o'clock. You bought a train ticket that would arrive at the pick-up country at 7.05am. (train station is 1 km far from pick-up point) You already knew you were losing the bus even before buying the train ticket. Are you kidding me? I advised you to call a taxi in advance so that you can reach the next loading point. But you did nothing, and once you arrived at the train station, you blamed the world because there were no taxis available. Anyway, if I had given the money back to you, I simply lost it because I had no more time to sell your seats to someone else. But I imagine that for a person who does not know how to calculate train times and read messages, a thought like that may not even understand it.
Fantastic day out

This was a long day for us as we were the first and last on the coach. However it provided stunning views, lots of local information and enough time at stop offs to stretch and get a feel for the changes in architecture and culture as we moved through Italian to Alpine towns. Well worth the price which is reasonable. Take some extra for the cable car. We didn’t do it as the trip took us high enough into the mountains for us.

This trip is definitely very good, especially when you do not have too much time but still want to see the Dolomites. There is not too much chance to walk around the Dolomites but to admire the grand mountains from afar was also a good experience. The guide Anna was very good in her introduction and explanations of the place. I would recommend this tour to all people who wants to see the Dolomites with little effort.
Amazing Experience

An amazing experience. Although it was a long journey to the Dolomites,we enjoyed every minute of it and the mountain views were breathless
Beautiful scenery and exciting trip in a cable car

This is a must if you are staying in Lake Garda, the views are breathtaking and it is well worth it. Just a few things to point out, it is a very long day so make sure you bring your own food or packed lunch as all you find is over priced restaurants in the towns where the coach stops, the cable car is not included and is another €17.50. Lastly the final stop in Ortesei, despite its history is totally pointless. It has to be the biggest tourist trap I have ever seen and you just have to see for your selves.
wonderful but busy day

a long day, plenty to see and Anna was a real joy to listen to and have as a guide. certainly recommended
Expensive BUT Lovely
, Jun 2019
Our guide was very good and kindly (Francesco) . Wonderful views. But too expensive , especially the fact that we had to pay extra money in order to get the really amazing views (cable railway).
Brilliant views
, Jun 2019
This one of the best views your see on a trip only reason it only gets 4 stars is it took 5 hours from Salo to get to the peak of the Dolomites, (2sjort stops on way plus 12 pick ups) then the cable car. Guide & driver were great on the day definatley a trip any one will enjoy.
Fantastic trip
, Jun 2019
Long day . Picked up at Garda bus station at 7:30 and returned at 6:30 pm but we’ll worth it . Guide was great . Recommend going up in cable car . Stunning views at the top . Plenty stops for time to yourself . Villages in the valleys also stunning . Would definitely go back
Dolomites in a day
, May 2019
I booked this excursion far in advance and I'm sure glad I was able to make it. The Dolomites were all I expected and pleased to see them. Although it was an 11 hour trip, there would be no other way to visit. Thankfully we were picked up directly in front of our hotel along with seven others in Peschiera. The guide, Anna, was very informative and professional. I cannot even try to remember all the information we were given. The driver, Bruno, was exceptional. He took the wheel expertly and was calm and collect on all the wet, hairpin turns getting up so high. All in all, thrilled I was able to see this UNESCO Heritage site. As for the not so great side, the first stop was within an hour of pick up for a few to use the restroom. Then an hour later another stop for coffee and strudlel way too early in the morning. Another that is was full steam ahead to get to our lunch stop. When I asked if we could stop so I could get a picture of the sign that stated "Dolomites, UNESCO World Heritage Site" or s view of the mountains way up high, it was not possible???? A lovely lunch at the top and then for the worst part. In a small town at the bottom, not Bolzano, in the pouring rain, there was an hour and fifteen minute break. Pretty much no shops open, a few coffee bars and that was it. What a waste of time when we had such a long way back. Most of the people from my hotel were quite unhappy about this. About two hours again another stop. Anna said 10 min, but of course the lasts one on the bus, LATE, had a cup of coffee. This is the biggest problem with big bus tours, too many stops without even asking if anyone wants to. Go to the Dolomites, but maybe try to find a small, private tour.

This tour was one of the best days of our vacation. Well organised trip with comfort stops and amazing views of Dolomites. The coffee stop in the morning was exactly what we needed because we missed breakfast at the hotel. We definitely recommend this tour!! It is a must if you stay around the Garda lake : In July it is warm even in the mountains - you will be ok with shorts and jacket.
Quite well, despite of the traffic...

Quite well, despite of the traffic jam that we found on our way back to Lake Garda and the fact that the guide, who was most informative, almost did not realise us -maybe because the tour was in English and German and my partner can only speak Italian-. Too little time at the Dolomites to have lunch and the stop at the nearby village to use the restrooms was too long and unnecessary, the village itself was not very impressive, I would have loved to spend more time at the mountains or simply, make the trip shorter.
Excellent long tour. Very Good...

Excellent long tour. Very Good guide. Only let down there could have been small gesture by the tour operator to provide complimentary tea or coffee with cake or so.
