Private Transfers from Punta Cana Airport to hotels in Dominican Republic

I booked on line and entered pickup at airport and transport to hotel. Was given a total and paid. The part I am extremely unhappy with was right before I departed on my trip I received a message that I was charged the incorrect fee when booking and would owe additional $60.00 at the airport. Not my error but had to pay the extra then discovered they couldn’t take a credit card Had no time to possibly switch to another company for transfer since charge doubled. Transfer itself was fine, just very unhappy about price quoted changing after I paid

Pleasant driver Comfortable seats Only challenge was locating them at the airport as there are so many different operators.

Everything was so unorganized. There was no one holding a sign with our name on it like we were told. Unable to locate the representative and once we did, we had to wait an extra hour and 30 mins for the driver to arrive. Our driver was Mario and he was AMAZING but the process took longer than expected and was not organized.

Had to wait 45 minutes at the airport when i arrived. And didnt Show up when i needed to get back to the airport two weeks later. Had to call a Taxi instead.

They didn't have the sign with my name and i had to wait a little bit at my arrival, but in general they offer a very good service.

Had to wait 15 minutes for a car and then the car was a personal car. Not van as promised. Seemed like a last minute solution, as we had been waiting on the curb while the attendant frantically called people.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Each driver took real good care of me with on my trip. They will be my go to company when I travel to the Dominican Republic.

They were friendly and professional. Found them right away. English not great! You have to find them.

I booked 1 way from the airport to my resort. The car was not waiting for us when we arrived and we had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The car service was located right before you are exiting the airport and our name was on a sign. Prior to exiting, there are tons of people offering transportation and it is quite confusing. The ride and driver was nice. I texted the transportation company about a 1 way return to the airport. They were wonderful and sent me an invoice. I paid and tipped on the invoice. Pick-up, the car was at the resort at 10:40 am (for my 10:30 am reservation) but I was held up checking out of the resort. I planned my resort checkout but an unforeseen issue arose taking additional time. We were on the way by 11 am. When I get to the airport, the driver after he received a $20 additional tip for inconvenience says we owe $20 per person for being late. I blatantly told him I was not paying him $80 for the 4 of us. He calls his boss and that did not change my stance. At arrival, transportation was 15-20 minutes late and 10 minutes late on return. Did I get a refund or money back for their tardiness; no. I again, told him I was not paying and walked in the airport to catch my flight. I did not agree to those additional fees in writing or verbally; so you cannot make me stay or pay. So be aware of the additional fees. Outside of that I cannot complain about the transportation. The vans are older but have ac, seatbelts a hit or miss but they got us safely to and from. Overall the transportation and service was fine.

Both our drivers to and from the hotel were very nice and pleasant. We had Junior picking us up from the airport and Pablo picking us from the hotel. Both drivers were punctual and patient when we needed an extra few minutes to gather our luggage. Also our flight going to Punta Cana was delayed by a few hours and there was no issues in the transportation. That was much appreciated.
