NEVER BOOK WITH JENTIS TOUR!!!

"Jentis Tour" suppose to be removed from Viator as a SCAM! We waited for them half an hour before our appointed time and spoke to many other agents in the port, but they have never showed up. We call them on the number provided, however this number in not active! Another SCAM... This company is not only not responsible, but without any basic respect for another human being. We paid for the tour and we were on the cruise, so we are only for ONE DAY in Bonaire! What kind of business attitude is that? Just a pure scam! Thanks God another company with yellow buses Bonij-Tours or Bonij Taxis accepted our papers from Viator and gave us very nice tour of Bonaire (including English guide Jon-Carlo, an awesome person). Viator suppose to invetigate this Jentis Tours, because what I have heard, they do not care about their customers and the other Bonaire Tour groups have to step in once Jentis is not at the cruise port. This kind of exchange of tours is available only because all of them knows each other, however Jentis attitude is not acceptable! NEVER BOOK WITH JENTIS!!!
