Pick up from the Bus stop located on the number 14 of Straszewskiego street in Krakow in front of Maltanski Hotel, please show up 15 min before your chosen time interval.

Salt Mines were amazing, but don't go with this company

Pick up point was just out of the main square in Krakow, so that was one of the only good parts. Our tour time was changed from early morning to 10:30 am which we didn't mind but I also read a lot of other comments saying this happened to them. So be aware if you have other plans later in the day. The bus driver didn't say much at all during the whole trip. The tour itself was amazing and highly recommend the Salt Mines. The tour is done by a professional working at the Salt Mines and was great! The main reason I've given this tour a 2/5; when the group finished the tour we all headed back on time to the pickup point. The bus was super hot and the air conditioner wasn't on (was close to 30 degrees outside). Half the group had to wait outside the bus for the bus driver who was 15 minutes late to pick up point. No water or anything extra was given. I would not go with this tour company again, but the Salt Mines were amazing and a must-see!

The most expensive tour i have book in poland and the worse experience. Pick up was late. Shoved into a super mini van. Driver spoke less than 5 words throughout the whole trip. So nobody kmows what is happening where to go or how long the journey was etc. After the tour, we were rush back into the mini van again. Without the chance for toliet break or even souvenir shopping. There wasn't even a goodbye or thank you at the end.

We were picked up as advised an arrived at the salt mines after about half an hour. We had booked the trip for 12.30 and was surprised that when we arrived our entry ticket was for 2.00 so we had to have a drink while we waited. The mines are great and the guide was informative. Wasn't as cold in there as I had expected and you do get chance for a drink/toilet break half way through. You can visit the museum as part of the trip however you need to be aware that if you decide not to visit it you have to wait at the pickup point until everyone in your party returns.

The salt mine was fascinating, Agnieskwa was a great and engaging tour guide. Too much waiting around before the tour started though, 25 minutes standing around when we arrived plus the bus driver wasnt exactly friendly. Apart from that, brilliant tour.

The history of the mines was very interesting, in particular,the way the technology has evolved over the centuries. The statues and carved figures are amazing and the chapels are beautiful. The guide was very informative but she could have given us a little more time to take photographs, especially when you consider that some of us older visitors had to cope with amount of walking and the 800 steps down to the lower levels. The advertising should make it much clearer the level of fitness required to undertake the tour

The tour was ok but we was in a very large group we could not hear the tour guide. People were fighting to be at the front all day. By the time we go into the rooms the displays had finished. Would recommend but in a smaller group.

Got to the meeting point 15 minutes before our start time like we were asked to. The bus didn't arrive until about 25 mins after our start time and the driver didn't even acknowledge it so I guess it's normal. Wouldn't have been that bad but it was a very cold, windy day and it was raining - waiting outside. It was only a 20 minute drive and then when we got there, we had to wait another 15 minutes outside. Then we finally went into the salt mines which were really good and definitely worth seeing. Probably better just to make your own way there with public transport.
