Pickup confimation: We will be contacting you by text message, phone call or email with the exact pickup time for your tour. Pickup times can be up to 45 minutes prior to the tour start time. If your pickup location is in the outskirts of the city, West Kelowna or Kelowna, it may be earlier than 45 minutes prior. It is our policy to pick up from your home, or accommodations so as to avoid dropping you off at a location where you will be required to drive the rest of the way home. Any tours booked with a pickup location outside our pickup area will be cancelled at our discretion.

  • This agreement releases the operator from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during this wine tour. By accepting this agreement, I agree to hold the operator entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in participating in a wine tour. These include but are not limited to transportation, wine tasting and other tour activities. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. By accepting below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against the operator for any reason on behalf of myself (the card holder) or any other party included in this purchase. In return, I will receive a wine tour. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

Dave's knowledge of the area and willingness to go above and beyond to create an amazing experience on our winery tour was absolutely outstanding. We had such a great time with Red Dog Wine Tours, visiting several different wineries in West Kelowna! Our tour guide, Dave, was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about Kelowna and surrounding areas, and did a fantastic job providing everyone with a highly enjoyable day. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who has been thinking about trying it! You won't regret it!

West Kelowna Wine Tour A Winner!

Our tour director John was great from the moment we were picked up in the spacious, immaculate van to the very end when he helped us all carry our wine treasures to our hotel. He kept us informed and entertained while allowing 11 strangers to become friends over the course of 4 hours. The wineries visited where fun and each one a little bit different than the one before it. I rate this tour as excellent with the only downfall being the length of time it took to pick up all of the passengers before the tour could begin. We understand the logistics of picking up of guests at different locations varies from day to day but that honestly was the only negative. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon with John and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Red Dog Tours to our friends and family.

We had a great time visiting 3 smaller vineyards that I wouldn't have gone to on my own and one large commercial vineyard. Had a stop for cheese and crackers and another stop for ice cream and cherries. Very well paced and we had a lot of fun.

We went to 5 wineries, we enjoyed his comentary through out the tour of the surrounding area. I was thankful for the cheese and crackers as well! His van was comfortable and very clean. Over all zero complaints from my group.
