Our guide, Colby, was awesome and professional. he paid attention to the group behind him and was very talkative and open with us. The horses were great and beautiful as well. And, of course, the view of that horse ride was all we needed to make this entire experience worth while.

Okay but needs a bit of improvement

Guide was good but Ride was s-l-o-w! It’s painful riding a horse that slowly! Trails were worn, view was of a valley that we ride by twice. Otherwise, we rode mostly through scruffy sage. Facility needs signage … couldn’t find where to check in for the ride, couldn’t find restrooms ….

We had a great experience on our excursion. Beautiful vistas and I had a great horse. Did not have much interaction with the guides. The lead guide was talking but only those at the very front could hear anything she said. We did have a good time!

Highly recommend this horseback riding adventure! Our guide- Zach- was wonderful and the scenery was spectacular! We felt safe the whole time and enjoyed every minute. Our two young kids were first-timers on horseback and the guide was wonderful making sure their horses were obeying. They had a blast!

Have had better trail rides

We have done horseback trail rides in other places and this was definitely the worst when it comes to organization. It feels like the employees there are disgruntled and consequently the flow is slow for getting saddled up and also not having enough information passed on to all participants. Our guide was hard to hear or understand and we were also saddled with another group with unruly children who weren’t being supervised by their parents. The actual trail we rode wasn’t very interesting and we surmise it may have been an easier trail chosen because of the kids. I suggest any party with children should have a separate trail ride from adults. Other than that, it was still enjoyable and we got our photo moment on the ridge. In the future I would probably choose another company. Customer service here was definitely lacking.
