The tour I actually took was ok and the driver was very nice and informed
, Sep 2021
Arrived at center for 9:00 AM tour. Received a phone call at 9:15 AM telling me that my tour had been canceled due to not enough people signed up for the tour. I am pretty sure that that was known long before 9:15 AM. Problem was it cost me $70.00 to get a ride from my hotel to the center. I was told I would receive a full refund for the tour. As of now have not seen that.

The total tour times was much too long. City tour did not have a lot of interesting sites. Space tour was not really a tour but van transportation to and from Space Center. The time allotted was close to double the needed time. Pick up was about 20 minutes late

Everything was just perfect! Great service. When I first called, the lady was extremely nice and patient to give me all the info. and was truly helpful to plan my trip. When I got there for the Hop-on, everything was well organized and punctual. I recommend the service. 🤍

Wouldn’t recommend

While the organisation was fine and the tour guide good I would not recommend this tour. The city tour doesn’t really cover anything that you couldn’t do with a short walk around downtown. But, my main issue with it is that because you don’t arrive at the space centre until after midday. For my trip (on a weekday not a weekend) this was too late to book onto a mission control team tour. This is the highlight of many people’s trips to the space centre so it was frustrating to miss it. Would suggest you rent a car or take an Uber instead.

The Houston Space Center is a must see; however, more presentations would enhance the experience. Do the Tram first. The City Tour was excellent. The presentator was on his game.
