Amazing Guide, Terrible manager

Irina, our guide, was really good with great stories about art work and it’s hisory. The manager on the other hand pulls me aside walks me up the stairs, tries to tell me we didn’t pay for Accademia inside tour, and will not accept the fact that the current as of today description for this tour says “Accademia and David (inside)”. He then says that it’s $300+ more to pay them for 11 people. This tour has no options to pay more. If it’s incorrectly priced don’t argue, delay the tour and ruin it by asking for more money in middle of tour. Fix your pricing and description. Visit Today needs better managers. The guy was a bearded Indian man. So please be aware and don’t let him push you to pay more. If it’s the wrong price, they need to fix it ahead of time and not ruin a whole experience for 11 people. Took a lot out of the magic of a beautiful museum with a great guide. Please fix your pricing! And get a better manager. The 1 Star is only for the manager. 5 stars for tour. Although 25 people was a a little much in the tour but it was a very busy day.
