Mark & Laura were amazing! I stayed up top with my son and still had a great view of the manatees. They came right up to the boat and played the whole time we were out!

We went as a family. Captain Ed and Laura were the best! We saw several manatees and were lucky enough to have one hang around with us for probably 1/2 hour. We were able to be right near him and a few of us even got kisses! It was an extraordinary day.

Captain John, Memphis, and Laura are a top notch team to guide your trip. Excellent instruction and oversight throughout the entire excursion. These guys are a wealth of knowledge on manatees and the local area. Leave your camera on the boat right next to the hot chocolate and coffee and just enjoy your time. They’ll take all the pictures and videos you need and then some. The crew was great making sure that the kids got around the manatees and were very engaging making it a great trip for all ages. Can’t wait to do it again!

This was a truly amazing experience. Stephanie and Memphis gave us a morning to remember. They were terrific guides and made sure we had a wonderful experience. My daughter got to play with a baby manatee! The pictures and video Stephanie took are priceless. We went for the 7am trip and highly recommend going early. It was so peaceful and we were leaving as the crowds started to arrive. Five Stars all the way!

Highly recommend this tour. Exceeded our expectations and friendly team of staff from the arrival at the shop/dock to help in the water. Clearly well experienced crew who knew where to find the wonderful Manatees, feel privileged to have seen them in their habitat in a responsible way. Fully inclusive trips whilst on boat with lovely hot chocolate, coffee water etc. Recommend the purchase of the footage taken on the day, we were fortunate and had a small group.

Captains Ross and Lance did an outstanding job in teaching us the best practices for swimming with the manatees. They found a cow and her calf nursing and provided us we an experience of a lifetime. Even though this was not the high season, they were diligent in locating manatees for all of us. Great Job!
