Best Full Day Blarney trip ever!

Our Driver / Tour Guide, (Niles) was simply Brilliant (his favorite word). Throughout the trip, he was entertaining and provided so much insight about the city, the countryside and the culture around us. He also went out of his was to make sure that we saw as much as possible, we were able to fit in a number of bonus stops that he gave a lot of color to. Our favorite stop was Blarney Castle! Niles briefed us well to make sure that those who were going to "Kiss the Blarney Stone" had the time. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the castle, the tour and the grounds. Afterwards we stopped off in Kinsale for lunch and visited Kitty Oshea's pub where we had the best food and traditional Irish Coffee (of course, suggested by Niles!). We passed and stopped by a number of other landmarks that were very interesting and historically important for the area. All in all, this trip was well run, exciting, educational, and great fun!

Our tour guide Ian made the trip to Blarney Castle and the surrounding countryside very memorable. He was fun and entertaining! The weather was perfect and climbing the castle stairs to the top was well worth the effort!

Kevin, our driver/guide was outstanding. He got us to Blarney Castle ahead of the ship tour buses so we got into the castle to kiss the stone before the crowds. The drive to Kinsale and the town itself were very nice. Got us back to the ship in plenty of time. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Full day tour and it was not rushed. Had time for lunch in the lovely little town of Kinsale! Castle was good to see, but very long line to enter, so we chose not to do so. Instead walked the grounds and viewed other points of interest. Very good choice for seeing some of the Irish countryside.

We enjoyed the tour very much. The visit to Blarney Castle was bit rush because of the crowd. Good thing that our guide, Nile, told us to climb the castle first. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to make it to the top. Stop at Kinsale and having lunch there was nice. Overall, it was a nice experience. NIle was a great guide. We enjoyed his narration and singing.

This tour was great! Driver/guide Ian was fantastic. He was a local who was very knowledgeable and told great stories of the area. Blarney Castle grounds are absolutely stunning and the addition of the Kinsale visit was also lovely. Can't recommend this tour enough! We did this as a shore excursion on a cruise and it was better/included more than any ship excursion and cost much less.

Very good shore excursion for cruisers

We were on Princess cruise, and the bus waited for us at the port. The tour is almost the same as the ship excursion, but the price is a lot less. The guide made sure to bring us back early before ship departure. I’m glad I booked this tour ahead of time as the bus was full of cruise passengers. So worth it!

Nice trip

Friendly driver. Nice day. Nadeel is de hele lange rij om blarney castle in te kunnen, wij hebben gewandeld, schitterende omgeving, meer en tuinen. Was echt de moeite waard. Woorden Mills is gewoon een hele grote winkel. Mooie en dure spullen. Excursie was moeite waard. Kinsale leuk dorp, lekkere fish en chips bij Dino, erg grote porties.
