Wonderful, delicious experience
, Jul 2022
We had such a wonderful experience with Daniela and her husband Gianni! She was such a gracious host and cared about nothing more than making sure we were enjoying ourselves. The food itself was incredible and they made us feel right at home, teaching us some great techniques for Italian cooking that we can bring home. Thank you so much - would highly recommend to anyone visiting the La Spezia or Cinque Terre area!
Fantastic day spent with two Italian best friends!
, Jul 2022
Roberta and Daniella took us for a day in the market at La Spezia and then welcomed us into their home and cooked a magical Italian meal. We even got to meet Roberta’s husband who joined us for lunch and had a few drinks with us after. A real slice of Italy with such friendly people! Very charming day and relaxing.
A day filled with wonderful memories
, May 2022
Spending time with Paola and family was one of the highlights of our time in Cinque Terre. The excursion was much more than advertised. Along with the market tour we received a tour of La Spezzia, enjoyed the beautiful vistas from her home, and learned why our pasta making attempts were failures (wrong flour and not pulling it through the pasta machine). We were treated as honoured guests in her home. Through sometimes broken English and often broken Italian (me, she speaks perfect Italian), hand gestures and a bit of google translate we had a delightful afternoon learning to make pasta, enjoying Paula’s culinary talents and a fantastic meal Al fresco with her and her wonderful family. We take away wonderful lasting memories of this day. This is a tour that should not be missed!
