No AC on bus

The gentleman giving the tour was very knowledgeable and funny. However the bus had no air conditioning, when I asked him to make it cooler he just put the fan on higher and said the AC was up all the way. Now it was way cooler off the bus and when we finally stopped by the water 4 to 6 people did not get back on. I even fell a sleep due to the heat. I would not recommend this company when they sent out a broken bus. This bus had only 2,000 miles on it, I would hate to be on there older buses.
