  • During your one hour horseback riding you will enjoy the sound of waves and sea breezes, you will be able to interact with your horse,feel the smoothness and execution of the Colombian Horse. It will disconnect you from everything to live one of the best experiences in your life
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and while enjoying the tour they will enjoy the beach.
  • It is not recommended for participants with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
  • It is recommended to bring comfortable clothes and bring a camera, sunscreen, hat and cash.
  • For travelers of cruises we can pick up at 7:30 or 8:00 and come back at good time for the cruise

Best Horseback Riding Experience

This is a spectacular experience and if you love horses and open air activities I highly recommend it. Luis and all of his assistants provided a first rate experience that allowed us to know the beautiful and elegant Colombian Paso horses and are excellent instructors for all level riders. Riding on the beach was a beautiful setting and the delicious lunch that followed was the perfect wrap to to this experience. Luis also takes every caution in this COVID environment to make sure his clients feel safe and stay healthy.

This was the best experience we had while in Cartagena! Luis has such enthusiasm and pride for his horses and teaching people about paso finos. We enjoyed every minute and they did a great job matching horses for both novices and more experienced riders. This experience is worth every penny!

The best tour I’ve had in Cartagena! Luiz is very careful selecting the proper horse for you. You can do the tour if you have no experience and if you are already a good horse rider. The beauty of the place combined with the amazing smooth of passo fino horses makes this experience unique! I recommend for every one ! Thanks a lot Luiz and cols for the incredible and perfect horse ride !

From the moment we were collected off the cruise ship to the time we returned, we were all treated like royalty. Nothing was too much for Louis or his team. We were all made to feel like vip. They thought about everything and went over and beyond to make sure we saw and done everything we wanted including beautiful beach sites on horseback, to the caps, cold drinks and pictures to make extra special. Whether you like horses or not, I would recommend this tour highly. Worth every dollar

I absolutely loved this. We were picked up at out hotel and taken by private transport to the ranch. We got to see the stable and watched demonstrations of the different styles of paso finos and the beautiful footwork of the stallion. One of the mares had a week old foal that we got to meet. We were provided a cooler that had a variety of free drinks. After seeing the different horses, we were taken to the beach where we got to lounge and have a free drink at the nicest hostel I have ever been to. The lemonade de coco is amazing g and I also had an iced coconut coffee drink. The horses arrived and we were introduced to our horses. My husband does not ride much and was given a very nice, calm gelding that was perfect for scared/inexperienced riders. Ii am more familiar with riding paso finos so I was given a nice mare that had a smooth gait and nice pacing. Luis the owner stayed with my husband and gave him tips on riding while I was allowed to race back and forth up the beach. My horse was so responsive and a blast to ride. We then took the horses into the water and were able to get wet while riding in the crashing waves. After we finished riding we had a lovely lunch at the hostel that consisted or rice with shrimp, shrimp ceviche, and barbecued chicken. We didn't take our bathing suits but you should so you can take advantage of the nice pool at the hostel. Cannot recommend this enough - best horseback riding experience I have had and I have rode many places around the world.

I was a little afraid to get on the horse. The guides were so helpful. They took our pictures while on the horse and gave us valuable information. I decided not to ride but they provided a comfortable place for me to wait.

Luis Felipe was amazing! It is apparent that he enjoys what he does! He shared the history of paso fino horses which I found enlightening. The ride itself was relaxing and enjoyable. I was skeptical at first because of my fear of animals but Omar eased my mind as he walked beside my horse for a spell during the our ride until I was comfortable. It was a beautiful experience.
